The guy on duty helped the young lady wait on me otherwise I’d still be standing there. He was knowledgeable of his product. Went out of his way to get me a menu that the young lady wouldn’t and he came back with one. Nicest customer service person I’ve seen in a long time.

Jimmy John’s house has hands down the best sandwiches around. The only clothes second is Jersey Mike’s and they’re just a different sandwich. I do not recommend the new avocado sandwiches.
I tend to do better when I just stick with the basics, a club or something.
But I find that that’s true just about anywhere. The specialty sandwiches are a lot of hype and overpriced.

Jimmy John’s is my favorite sandwich place anywhere it’s located. They have the freshest bread, meat, and vegetables compared to Subway and Jersey Mike’s. Also, the staff have always been very nice and friendly, and the service has always been fast. I don’t have any criticism of them right now.

I got the #1 in the little John size with no cheese for $4.99. The main problem is that there were only two sad little thin slices of ham on the sandwich. Another one is that the lady at the window handed me a receipt and asked me to fill it out. It was for tips. Like at a normal dine in restaurant with servers, except at a DRIVE-THRU! lastly, not anything big but I’ve noticed that just about every restaurant will charge extra for adding cheese, but none give you a discount for having it removed. That’s not the reason why I’m giving the bad review, just something that I believe could change in the restaurant industry.

I was only able to pay with a $50 dollar bill, and they weren’t able to deliver to me. Which is fine, I understand they need to protect their drivers. But they didn’t even notify me. I called to ask what was up, and they were really rude to me, letting me know my order was cancelled because they couldn’t accept a $50 bill. So I went to pick up my food, and they were rude to me in store. Not to mention they didn’t even make my sandwich right.
I love Jimmy Johns. I love the food. But this store does not have the best customer service.

This is the best JJ location in Wilmington. Everyone here is always extremely friendly and professional. The food is always ready on time and delicious, so I’ll definitely keep coming back!
