The staff was nice and we were seated pretty quickly. It was very busy the day we went and it was hard to get our waitress’ attention at all. She kept on paying attention to this one table upfront and ignored us or maybe just forgot about us, perhaps they were friends of hers or something. My burger came out lukewarm and there supposed homemade cheese came out cold not melted at all. Fries were like the frozen bagged ones you find in the freezer aisle. My brother said his was great though, guess he lucked out but he asked our waitress for some bbq sauce because his was supposed to be a bbq burger but it barely had any on it. I guess she forgot and he never got it at all and he decided to eat it instead of waiting while it got cold. The custard icecream was absolutely delicious though and had a creamier, more velvet like texture. Part of the icecream menu was confusing where they show two toppings together but that’s not how they come. You can have one free topping and each additional is extra you have to pay for, this needs to be fixed. They only have a vanilla icecream flavor which is disappointing. I wanted to try the flavor of the day which was called, it’s been awhile, but the waitress asked the back what kind it was and they had no idea. Apparently the person who made it had already left and didn’t leave the recipe. Still an unsolved mystery as to what it could’ve been. It cost way more than it was worth. I recommend only there icecream as the food is subpar to say the least.

Good food, but agree with others, a little pricey for what you get. Have to say the orangeade is da BOMB! In fact they fresh squeeze the orange for each order. Overall I recommend.

Good, fast and inexpensive food with friendly service. It’s a unique family friendly dining experience. I’ll be back to try some of their other menu offerings. Definitely worth your time to stop by and check it out.

In town for a volleyball tournament and decided we wanted something different to eat, other than the regular fast food chains. Tried this HWY 55 and was very pleased. Very good food at an affordable price, our server was friendly and with the amount of people coming over from the Civic Center, they kept up with their service as well as could be expected; the restaurant stayed packed. If we come back again, we will definitely be paying a visit for lunch/dinner. So glad I didn’t listen to some of the negative reviews, I would have missed out on a great experience!

Ate there Tuesday morning and food was great. Nikki was our server and was very sweet and made sure we were totally taken care of while there. It was just an all around great experience and my wife and i will definitely return. I recommend the Philly steak and cheese!

The food was better than average just took forever to get it with only 3 or 4 groups of people eating. Wasn’t even close to be full. Anyway I plan on going back maybe the long wait time was a fluke. If so I’ll add another star. 7 months later / update still slow but food was pretty good still. Friendly staff

First time here. Classic diner atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and helpful. One staff member even offered my daughter a free chocolate milkshake. I confess, I snuck a sip – delicious! For dinner, we kept it simple – burgers, fries, and a shrimp po’ boy. Very, very tasty.

We were there on Saturday. My daughter had a cheer competition and I think everyone had the same idea. It was full. However, it was still very clean, quickly seated, served and the wait staff was very friendly and thorough. I love the Hwy 55 in THE crabtree mall and was excited to see one next to the arena. Excellent food and service!

Excellent place to eat! Only ate here once but I’ll update my review to 5 stars once I try more of their food. I had the Philly cheese steak and my wife had the shrimp po’ boy, I highly recommend both. Asthetics was really nice, kinda reminded me of a more vibrant steak and shake.
