I go here when I don’t have time to make my own lunch for work, it’s normally the same lady working the drive through. Very kind, quick service, always has huge smile! I’m very basic and always just get the chicken stars and waffle fries, they’re fresh and delicious everytime 🙂

Decided to stop here before going into work to get one of there breakfast burgers. Payed for my food and drove off to work only to realize when I got to work that my burger was missing the patty when I got there Usually the food is good and the service is great, but to be honest that really took the wind out of my sails.

Over priced garbage.i had old chewy stale cheese. Nothing had any flavor. Carls jr is failing . And this will be my last time ever going to a carls…it’s sad day

I had a great experience at Carl’s Jr.! The food was fresh, hot, and came out quickly, but what really stood out was the service. The manager, Tita, was absolutely amazing. She was welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell she truly cares about her team and the customers. It’s not every day you meet someone so kind and attentive. Thanks, Tita, for making our visit extra special—we’ll definitely be coming back!

The french fries were overdone. The french fries were burnt. When I first got to the cash register nobody was working at all. Neighborhood was okay. The place was clean. The price a little high for burnt fried rice. There is enough parking place there. It was not busy there at all. Nobody was inside.

I’ve come to this location quite a bit at every time of day (not all in one day). I always get great service. Getting a quick breakfast before teaching 9th and then 12th graders was always enjoyable. The employees were kind and the food was good.
There manager (Lita I believe) was accommodating when an error was made and let me talk about my distaste for chocolate shakes. Very patient, which is greatly appreciated. I may be only ~25, but I just ramble on anywhere I go.
There’s also a man who works very quickly (very noticeable) that I see sometimes. He’s nice and makes you feel certain that my food and shakes are on the way.
I don’t have bad experiences here, the quality is what I expect and I always appreciate everyone’s effort and kindness.
And as always, I recommend the app, this location, and leaving a review. I always forget, so hopefully this sheds light on the service.

Y’all seriously need to hire one more person for the night shift, or offer some better training. Went on my 2AM lunch, and there was just one person ahead of me. Took over five minutes for the woman to take my order, and it still took 15+ minutes just for 3 chicken tenders.
