Never have I had a bad sandwich from the pen station on new holt road. The manager at this location did nothing to correct their mistake. First, he didn’t want to come to the phone. They were not busy… the sandwiches were soaked in grease. And Not made to order. For 50 dollars, you’d think they’d offer to correct the issue. Never visiting this location again. They obviously need some kind of REAL supervision! Hinkleville is better!

At this location, sandwich was just ok but the fries were cold.
Most disappointing part was that when I got there, the person standing at the front counter didn’t even acknowledge me. They just walked away when I arrived. I was surprised at this. Other person was very nice and helpful tho.

First time, good experience. Staff was friendly and quick service. It wasn’t very busy so food got to table very fast. Fries were a little too salty for my particular taste. But the Philly cheese steak was awesome! Will definitely make this a lunch stop on my business trips into town.

This was some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced here. The staff seemed not to know how to add fries and drinks to the orders. Three cashiers said they could only add a fry and drink to the sandwich of the month, not even as a separate charge for fries and drink.
I hope this was a bad day and the next time will be a better experience.

Felt like the small subs, which I told were 3 inches were extremely small for the money. The fries were soggy. The man who took my order was very rude and got my order wrong. Definitely was not a good experience especially when I spent over 50.00 there. The sandwiches have was less proportions than the photos on the wall show, tasted decent. I can say I tried it, I’m disappointed and don’t plan on eating there again.

One of my most favorite places to eat! Absolutely obsessed with their Reuben! Arbys I love you but you don’t have nothing on Penn station! And all natural hand cut fries!!! my sever was polite and gave me everything I asked for in a good time frame. Store looked amazing. Fair priced and I seen what I believed to be one of the owners cleaning tables. Applauded!! I could eat there everyday! Have literally never had a bad experience there and can’t wait to go back!
