$28 for ONE fried panzerotti! I added extra cheese and 2 dips but the cheese was not even melted and it all settled on one side and was 80% dough only. Requested that I receive a text when it was here and to leave at the door. No text, no call, no nothing. $28 for fried dough with hardly any substance. I can buy a lasagna that will feed 4 people at la palma pasta in oakville for $25 plus tax. It was late and I was hungry but zero customer service and substandard product. When I got into the 20% that wasn’t just fried dough it tasted good but the cheese was not melty and gooey… just not worth $28!!! Buy pizza pockets from the convenience store instead, a much better way to spend your money. Really disappointed. Like their pizza hut wont ever order again.

We’ve always had a good experience in the past. Has the owner changed? Just picked up the worst pizza we’ve ever had. Over cooked and dried out. Should have given some dip to soften the cardboard.

Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a pizza shop. I walked in when the owner was having lunch, I told him what he made for himself looked amazing. He asked me if I wanted the same thing not knowing it was possible to even order it. IT WAS AMAZING!

I hate leaving a bad review, I really do. However, this case I just can’t hold my tongue… I received my pizza on time, order was correct, and the pizza was warm that was all fine. As a former food service worker, I can’t turn a blind eye to the quality. It’s one thing to be frustrated about a late night order, but this just felt like it was taken out on the customer. The pizza dough was completely ripped up on my Hawaiian pizza. I mean, one of the slices was literally in 2 pieces because there was a giant hole in it. I’ve worked for a pizza place before, dough rips sometimes, but that’s when you start over with a new piece of dough, you don’t just try to cover up your MASSIVE tear in the dough with cheese and toppings. Furthermore, when it arrived, I was very polite to the delivery person… who really seemed annoyed with me for even giving them business. Again, I understand it’s frustrating to receive an order close to the end of your shift, but I honestly would have felt better if they had have just turned down my request, rather than give me a pizza that was ripped to shreds with a poor attempt to cover up their mistake. Never had something like this happen before.

I have never eaten or seen wings so small, no wonder they don’t sell by the pound. 10 wings are maybe a 1/4 pound.
