Thank you little Caesars in Forest for stepping up your game. The food has gotten better, the wait time has been reduced, but the people serving and dealing with your customers have really flipped the script. Instead of the same zombie like button pushers that we’ve encountered in the past, your new crew seem to be miles ahead of the pack. They are engaging, smiling, and acknowledging the customers. They seem to be enjoying the job, not shuffling around talking how they’re gonna quit and be famous on tick-tock because they’re up to 17 followers. Keep it up because right now I can say you really do “out pizza the Hut”.

I visited this location expecting to be able to make a purchase. Walked in, not greeted, no “just a minute”. They didn’t have anything visible in the hotbox. Waited about 5 minutes and walked out.

The pizzas were super hot, fresh and delicious. However, there was an employee in there complaining about his job and pay rate and what he has to put up with for such little pay. Very unprofessional and off putting. That type of stuff makes people very uncomfortable. We are there to get food, not to hear employees bitching about their rate of pay.

Worst Lil Caesars ever. Hate thia place and employess dont have a clue took an over an hour for an online order. Go in to get it and still couldnt find my order had to make it . Really??? This was so frustrating. Asked the employee who threw my pizza in the box and never even cut the pizza. Then grabbed cheesy bread an threw it on top. I asked if it was fresh. His reply & I quote ” I don’t know”. Im said really you dont know??? I let me them know THIS IS THE WORST LIL CAESARS EVER!!! FOOD SUCKED TOO!!!

This is a joke. No where near what you should expect from this pizza franchise. If you expect to get what you see on TV commercials….don’t even go there or pick up the phone. This is literally the worst pizza I have ever eaten.
Zero hot and ready pizzas were available. We were the only ones in the store. So they were not super busy to prevent hot and ready pizzas from being cooked.
We ordered a thin crust supreme. Said it would take 8 minutes. They were timely in what they stated, but….this pizza had SOME pepperoni and SOME SAUSAGE. MAYBE 1 tablespoon of sauce for the entire pie. Then a few scatters of cheese. They cooked it and then put mushrooms onion and bell pepper on top and warmed it. No more cheese.
Horrible and obviously lazy employees and management.
I will be talking on the phone to the regional manager for this sad excuse of a pizza place.
