Ordered a pizza and wings online for pick up. Online saying it will be 39 minutes before ready. Arrived at the store and was told it would be another 25 minutes, so I waited for 25 minutes and drove back to the window and that told me it would be another 25 minutes, I know it’s Friday but seems like they need to be more prepared.

Every time I order from the app I request extra sauce and they never put it on my pizza. However everything else is great.

I had to STOP what I was doing to give Pizza Hut in Petal, Ms a HUGE shout out for doing it right like Pizza Hut use to do it! The sweet employee Brandi took my order over the phone and I ordered extra BBQ Beef and I went through the drive through and the young lady at the window was very pleasant and when I got home my order was perfect and not just perfect but you could actually tell they put extra bbq beef! Pizza Hut CEO you need to talk to your employee Brandi and let her help you understand the service we use to have and would like to receive once again from Pizza Hut! #BET#CADEMAN#LOVEYOU

Manager read a similar but incorrect address when I ordered on the phone. I corrected the address and told her to change it in the system. She did not correct it and still sent the driver to the address I had told them was wrong. I wouldn’t have been bothered enough by the late delivery of cold food to leave this review if it hadn’t looked like the driver- who I had already tipped over 25% on top of the delivery fee- deliberately smashed it on the way.

Pizzas were well made and hot and fresh. The location is also quite convenient for me to. Only thing I really miss and it isn’t this locations fault is the Peruvian cherry chilies. Those things were amazing! I pray one day they will bring them back and I can finally make my favorite pizza.

Awful service. Pizza was 30 minutes past delivery and unable to eat cold. Spoke to manger on the phone and she said she was too busy and nothing done to accommodate any issues.

Bunch of amateurs in a hurry to nothing, that can’t handle rushes. Got employees standing around doing nothing. Hey pizza hut corp, stock and staff your stores competently instead of with no supplies and with people who will tell customers that we’re welcome to leave if they’re being slow instead of doing their job. I ordered a pizza online. It said it would be ready at 3:08. I arrived at 3:15 and the pizza woman said that it would be ready in about 25 more minutes.

Ordered pick up online because I only had hundreds. 3 large pizzas and an order of 12 wings with garlic sauce. Order was to be done by 7:15.
Got there on time and they told me the order had 11 minutes to go. Pulled around, parked and waited.
11 minutes later pull up to the window and they tell me 4 more minutes.
Ok.
4 minutes later I pull up and the girl tells me they have to remake one of my pizzas because a slice fell on the floor. (At least they didn’t sell me THAT).
Park again and wait until she motions for me to pull up. Got to the window and there is 6 boxes piled up. Apparently they ran out of large boxes and split the pizzas into smaller boxes.
Ok.
Didn’t leave there until 7:45.
Got home and they had forgotten my wife’s garlic sauce.
Still enjoyed the food.
