I’ve been going to Burger King for 20+ years. Slowly, most of these establishments have lost what made them special. All but this one! Truly, Sarah and the team are what this world needs more of. Kindness and consideration aren’t common, Sarah is special! It would have been so simple for her to tell me the same thing I had already been told, instead, she listened and she empathized! Shut the light off on us when the hours said they were open till 1 am. Regardless of time they could’ve told us they were closed instead of shutting the lights off in the drive through while we sat there for 5 minutes with the full menu sign and all lights on. Not mad they were closing- mad that the employees didn’t tell us a word and shut the lights off on us after sitting for 5 minutes in the drive through with all light on. When I finally said “hello?” They shut the lights off on the drive through.

I come in every Sunday for breakfast and every week it’s a great experience. The food is hot and delicious and the staff is friendly, personable, and always make me feel important no matter how busy they are.10/10 will be back next Sunday!

Just ordered delivery, ordered whopper combo @ 8:30. Only took 15 minutes to arrive. Fries were cold and old, like they were from the night before. So disgusting that I didn’t bother to eat them. Burger was cold with a stale bun. Whoever runs this place should have their franchise taken away.

I usually dont think its worth the time to leave negative reviews but this experience was one of the worst. They were incompetent enough to give me the wrong burgers (2), All i asked for were no pickles and light mayo. Finally we got one, and they got angry when i asked for the second one. I had to show them by holding up fingers how many they messed up and had coming to us. He wouldnt stop arguing with me long enough to see what was wrong. In revenge look what they did when they wrapped the replacements. Squished the heck out of it. And THEN wanted to take the originals back into the restaurant to sell to someone else. Looking to go straight to the top over this experience. I cannot believe how rude they were, most of this involves the manager at 11:10AM 12/24/21. I shouldve taken a recording

I had a great experience at Burger King! The service was fast and friendly, and the food was hot, fresh, and exactly what I ordered. The Whopper is always a classic—it’s juicy, flavorful, and just the right amount of smoky from the flame-grilled patty. I also appreciated how clean and well-maintained the location was, including the seating area and restrooms. I went inside and ordered ONLY A COOKIE. Upon ordering i was ignored by not 1 but 2 employees at the till, and I never ended up getting my cookie! Waited 15 minutes. Now I’ve actually worked at Burger King before, and know for a FACT that unless they were baking a new batch (they werent) it should never take that long for one damn cookie.

I have a daughter with a medical condition that requires us to use restrooms very regularly! From Vader to the children’s hospital in Portland. Needless to say we have seen some pretty disgusting bathrooms that my daughter 100% wouldn’t use and would rather mess herself then to enter the bathroom. With that being said we stopped at Burger King to grab her some French toast and duty called so we went to the bathroom to find it smelling clean and looking very clean! We were both astonished at how clean it was. I know not many people will understand our situation but I will for sure be stopping in to support this clean running business! Thank you burger king!

Worst burger king ever. My family eats at burger king atleast once a week. On our way home from a nice little trip with our 5 kids we make a stop at our usual burger king that we stop at on our way home from the coast. We arrived at 9:20pm and the manager and another staff came out to smoke she was clearly annoyed made sure we heard her say to him the lobby closed in 30mins. We rushed in hurried to eat and feed our kids ages 2-10. Our food was cold and we threw most of it away due to being rushed out. She continued to yell every few minutes from the kitchen how many minutes we had. I took 4 of our 5 kids out at 9:59 as my husband finished cleaning up our mess. My husband walked up to the counter asked the gentleman working who their district manager was and for corporates number. The girl stepped in front of him and aggressively said what do you want I’m the manager my husband continued to ask for the corporate number and district managers name. She refused continuing to yell at him to leave the store. My husband asked for her name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag she refused to give him any information. She threated to call the cops on my husband because he wouldn’t leave even tho he was cleaning up and asking for those people’s names and number, which we know she didn’t want to give because she new she was in the wrong.
