Called and placed an order for two pizzas went to pick them up one of the girls in the back said give them the employee discount. She was referring to some other people that had walked in the kid gave the employee discount to me. Then they said that they needed to re-ring my order to charge me more and that my credit card would not be credited back until that evening or the next morning I told them I wanted something in documentation to show that I would be getting credited back because at this point I was being charged twice. The kid at the counter, proceeded to raise his voice at me. The manager called his name out, and he walked away from the counter, leaving me, standing there with nobody helping me at the counter and being double charged I asked who the manager was. The gentleman said I am never walked to the counter to help me or deal with the matter.. I left with two pizzas being charged for four pizzas. Careful when ordering pizza from this location. Would love to have the owner contact me

For close to 2 years the Dominoes on West Adams has delivery issues that have not been fixed. We placed an order on line and after 30 minutes the Manager from 31st street informs us that they cant deliver and there is no way to route the order to the right store.
This could have been identified prior to processing and having to refund payment. My card was ran needlessly.
They are less than 1 mile from Lake Pointe and the Terrace, but can’t deliver. The website places the order takes payment then sends the Order across Temple on 31st street to a store that can’t deliver.
I went to the Adams location and asked for the contact number for the District Manager’s from the shift lead who lied, spoke ill of the 31st street Dominoes manager and said the District Manager’s was called to see if he would give permission to provide a customer the phone number to a District manager for a legit issue that not only impacts a community but the profits of the business.
There were two employees with very long hair and no hair net. Very unprofessional too.
The employees seemed annoyed that they had to deal with a customer. This is an ongoing issue with them and they don’t apply solutions, they speak badly about other Dominoes stores.
The West Adams location had a fleet of delivery vehicles ane not one could make a trip around the corner and less than 3 minutes away. That is sad.
I had to drive to Marcos and they hooked us up. The order was ready in less than 8 minutes and they were friendly and efficient. The pizza tasted a whole lot better too.

This Domino’s has been my go 2 for the last couple months. This time, it was a disappointment. Is that Pasta portion worth $7.99. Not sure about that.

Almost 2 hours for 2 pizzas and a cheese bread on a Thursday night is ridiculous. After an hour and the pizza still hadn’t been put in the oven via the link we tried to call multiple times with no answer. At the hour and half mark they finally went out for delivery. Not answering the phone is probably why ill never order from this location again.

My delivery last night was quick and proper. The driver was very polite. Their drivers are always polite and fast. The pizza was cut well and tasted delicious. Very good Dominos for fast pizza.

Cold. Dry. Asked for extra cheese and didn’t get it. We would have been better off getting frozen pizza from Walmart. It was disgusting. We did not have time fo bring it back. We ordered carry out and they couldn’t find it when we came to pick up. NEVER AGAIN.

June 15, 2025 It’s My fault I called the wrong restaurant. I was asked by a red head lady about the name on the order, after I told her she said one moment. I assumed that she was working on it. Atleast five minutes later she asks what the name on the order is again, and she tells me I might have called the wrong place. I asked why she is just now realizing that even though she acted like she was working on it. This did not make her happy and I could hear her cussing under her breath. A kind black man that was working came to assist me and asked what number I called, I told him that I wasn’t sure because I wasn’t the one that called it in. While trying to find the number of the location of the restaurant I called she loudly asked, “ what you can’t even find the number you called” when I told her I wasn’t the one who called it in, she went back to cussing under her breath. It was my fault I called the wrong place and maybe she was just having a bad day but I was or happy with the way the red head treated me. On the other hand the black man had very good customer service and needs a raise. Thanks for hearing me out!!
