Ordered 4 things from this store and every single thing was wrong. I managed a taco bell and this is laughable at best. Quasadilla not cut at all, gordita missing the nacho cheese shell, the burrito supreme wrapped terribly and leaking all over. The drink didnt even have ice. Cmon guys, you have to put in more effort to be this bad than it take to just read the damn screen. Seriously terrible work from everyone involved.

I put in an online order before arriving. I waitied 30 in the lobby, no other customers. I attempted asking for help, and received no response. After I called support to refund my money they called the store, the employee then slammed the phone down. The employee then grabbed a bag of food that had been sitting in the corner the entire time I was there. My order was extremely cold and the requests I made do to allergies were ignored.

I really wish there was negative stars. Myself and some friends go there once a week in the early morning. On our last visit was our last. We couldn’t get anyone to help us.We waited over 20 minutes. At 2am no one was there. We hollered a few times to no avail. Finally some punk guy came out and told us he wasn’t going to wait on us because we were confrontational. I can see by your current ratings you’ve lost a few customers, add four more to it. Look’s like you lost a few more.

My husband who is Deaf asked for a receipt. They employees wouldn’t give him one. He’s been waiting for 45 minutes. He is still waiting as I type this review. I don’t know if the employees aren’t being kind because he is Deaf but their behavior is unacceptable especially for being in customer service. They just shrug anytime he asks them when our food will be done or ask for a receipt. We will not be coming here again. I would give zero stars if I could.

I came here a week ago and ordered a black bean grilled cheese burrito online, but I received a black bean crunchwrap instead. Today, I went back and again ordered a black bean grilled cheese burrito, but at the drive-through this time, they once again gave me a crunchwrap. When I told them it was wrong, they argued with me and insisted it was what I ordered. I am positive it is not, as I do not like crunchwraps and don’t order them. Orders must be correct. I’m not happy to pay for food I do not want and did not order.

Right by my house, so yeah, I’m a frequent visitor. As Taco Bells go, this one has good management which results in good service and a clean environment.
Def take advantage of their rewards program and app if you aren’t already doing so. Keep an eye out when the app offers a 30 day taco lover’s pass. $10 for 1 taco a day for 30 days, regular or supreme. That’s a sweet deal.
Another life hack if you’re on a tight budget. Buy the bean and rice burrito on the value menu and supplement with your own ingredients from home. I’ll include a pic of what mine looks like after I’m done sprucing it up.
