Ordered a special one wings then ordered an additional set of wings that were bone in and got sent with everything wrong didnt have the nerve to tell me that they didnt have the sauce I ordered. Made it home had to come back. I got to the store and the same girl who handed me my food was walking through the store with her cell phone to her ear. Not to mention when I pulled up the first time she was on the phone too. Definitely not the first time I’ve had an issue the service is also slow and seem to be under staffed at times. Think management needs to take a look at the team or corporate needs to look at the whole business.

This is THE worst Pizza Hut ever! I will never order from here again. I was told 20-30 minutes for delivery and it took 1 hour and 20 minutes. The app lied and said pizza was just cooked 10 minutes before being delivered but it was ice cold when I received it. Also, the pizza was wrong. I asked for double pepperoni and cup pepperoni but it was double pepperoni only. It tasted like it was 2 days old. Terrible food, terrible delivery time. NEVER AGAIN! They have lost a customer.

Ordered on app for delivery. Order arrives missing half the ingredients. Call, manager says he will have it remade and sent back out. Second order arrives with ONLY missing toppings from first order. Call back.. take both pizzas to the store. Have to show receipt after explaining for a 3rd time what happened, untouched pizzas in hand. Refund or remake, fine. The lack of professionalism and uncertainty of customer service is laughable. Would NOT recommend this below sub-par location.

Big New Yorker. Was incorrect, spicy sauce instead of sweet marinara.
Could not get thru to actual store as they would not answer phone, kicked to the ‘call center’ 6 times. Had to drive to store to ask for new pizza.
Was told they would fix immediately and send out for delivery, approximately 20-30 mins.

We ordered online, wouldnt let us pay with a card. Tried calling the store to pay, got a call center, tried getting transferred to the store. Our food showed up but we couldn’t receive it because we havent paid. While still on hold on the phone to pay for the order while at the door getting denied our food

Margo is so amazing and goes above an beyond we order last week and came threw the store to pick it up she greated me at the front counter with a smile on her face and was so cheer full and happy the other girl I believe was the store manager needs to take some advice from Margo on hygiene and looking proper for working with food Margo was very clean in proper clothing smelled amazing even asked her were she got her perfume lol but that other girl I think her name was summer because Margo had to ask for some sort of numbers any way she smelled so bad and looked as if she didn’t take care of her self that was the only down fall if you want good pizza fast make sure Margo is working cause she was quick and understanding and gave me the best deals she had for a big family meal I will return for sure as long as this a plus girly is working here Margo if you see this keep up the amazing work girl never let that smile and kind soul fade have a great year everyone

went and ordered a big order went to pick it up and was greated by the manager on shift Margo she was so kind and caring had my hole order done in under 10 min she was quick and so polite love seeing her face in there so full of joy and so heart warming seeing some one in the store who is well kept and respectful I will only go in when she is working everytime I go in she has the biggest smile on her face and is always so helpful and knows what she is doing she is the best manager I have seen by far in this store in a long time 5 stars all the way

Ordered delivery, food was suppose to be here at 9:58, it’s now 10:38 and I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes. Was sent to a “representative center” who couldn’t help me, transferred me to the store location and I’ve been stuck on hold since. My husband had to drive there to figure out why our food was never delivered. When my husband arrived there he was told “they didn’t have an order for us” and upon showing her the proof of our order THAT WE PAID FOR she refused to make it and give it to us.

Ordered a pizza at 9:18 pm for delivery. Expected delivery is 9:58. 10:48 have to drive to the store. Girl at the window is immediately rude before anything was said. Disgusted look on her face when she sees me sitting at the window. I ask if anyone is out delivery food but mid sentence interrupts me asking my name but I didn’t hear her. She asks again in the coldest tone possible so I give her my name. She says she doesn’t have any orders for me. I show her my email confirmation and the tracking stating that it’s being prepared and she just keeps saying that I’ll get a refund at midnight to which I tell her that I didn’t want the refund I just wanted the pizza . She then shuts the window, locks it, and walks away. Extremely unprofessional and didn’t seem to care about doing her job. The date is 08/29/25. I will be speaking with her boss to address this issue and will no longer order from this store. I will also continue to leave bad reviews for this store until this is handled properly.
