Crunchy Stingray
I’ve been to this place dozens of times ever since it opened. I think after all this time it is time to leave an honest review. When I first started going here everything was amazing. The food and service was outstanding. But as time went on I noticed their quality started going downhill. Now every time I order recently either the pizza is overcooked, the crust is too thick, or the cut is imperfect. There is also a wait time after you arrive because the employees are goofing around in the kitchen. I’ve never had an issue with the employees. They are all friendly and understanding. But I was standing around waiting almost 10 minutes for my online order. I went to pick up 40 minutes after ordering online. It has happened a few times before recently. Also with my recent order my sauce container was breached almost as if they slammed it on the box. The brownie I ordered was unevenly cut and my pizza was overcooked. Seriously the manager need to bring up their quality control and teach their workers how to properly present the food. Papa John’s in Wamego does a better job. Saint Marys used to have better service than Wamego. If they can bring up their quality control I will give them higher stars.

If 0 stars was possible, it’d be more accurate. I’ve ordered from here a total of two times and both times waited over 1 hour for 1 pizza. Employees are always messing around/ talking loudly in the back. Upon receiving my order, I’m met with attitude when asking for extra dipping sauce. Better off driving to Wamego!

I ordered a pizza, and what I got was an existential crisis in a box. The crust tasted like it was baked by someone who’s never even heard of bread, the sauce tasted like someone spilled kool-Aid in it and just rolled with it. The toppings were spaced out like they had a restraining order against each other. But the real star of the show was the person working the counter. I walked in to pick up my order, and they greeted me with the kind of warmth you’d expect from a DMV worker on their last day. Thanks, Papa John’s, for the pizza and the attitude. Truly a “two-for-one experience.”

Trash. Was standing in line for 10 minutes while I could see the employees back there standing talking ignoring the very long line. I didn’t get to order until one walked by the counter and I stopped her. Spent 30 mintutes waiting on one single small pizza after I finally got to order. They charged me more then what they cost when there put out. When I opened it the peppers on it weren’t sliced there were in big chunks. And they couldn’t even manage to cut the actual pizza right.

How do I give it a 0?
A deconstructed hot pocket served by crabby people.
Drive to Rossville for Casey’s Pizza, or better yet if Fryer Tucks in downtown St. Marys is open go there for great pizza and friendly people.

We ordered garlic knots and a pepperoni pizza. The pizza was alright pretty soggy. The garlic knots were terrible quality The dough was either old or they didn’t let it rise. They were flat crisp and hollow. Terrible quality. Will not order again. You need to train your people to make items on the menu to papa johns standards.

Consistently screws up my order+ employees openly causing controversy with their pins, buttons, and shirts that push an agenda. I pay to have pizza made correctly and not to have “progressive agendas” pushed down my throat. Today is the last time.

Terrible customer service. We constantly have to wait 15-30 minutes after the allotted wait time they give online. They never tell us how long it will be after we get there so we’re stuck waiting in the gas station. This time we ordered and went to pickup after 30 mins. They hadn’t even started it. You have to pry information out of the employees as they are not helpful in the slightest. It’s usually worth it to drive to wamego as I will get my order faster driving there and back and the people are at least decent to customers.
