Need to edit this because of another bad experience I had.
We placed an order online for just a bagel with cream and an egg and cheese. I got there 10 minutes after placing the order and still had to wait another 10+ minutes. There was no one waiting for their order in the store except me. When I asked how long it’ll take, they said oh it’s because your order says 12:16 pickup so give us a few minutes. Not sure why they couldn’t just work on my order and let me get it early if I was already waiting there. It looked like they started working on it 3 mins before 12:16 even though I made it known I was waiting for the order when I first arrived in the store.
I just got another 2 items today. As someone who does not eat meat, it was really upsetting to see a piece of meat in my sandwich. I always like this place but sucks that we had two bad experiences.

I cannot recommend Manhattan Bagel of Bridgewater enough! The staff was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish, making the entire process seamless(including concern for an allergy). We needed catering for a group of active dancers very early in the morning, and they exceeded every expectation!
It was freezing cold outside, so having them deliver right to us st our hotel was a massive relief. The Breakfast Sandwich Box and the Broadway Bagel Box gave our dancers the necessary fuel to perform their best, and the two boxes of coffee were a lifesaver for the moms navigating the chaos of the day. If you want reliable, delicious catering, this is the place!

The food was pretty good. Enjoyed the brisket. Bagel was better than average. Drink selection was not exciting, however the drinks were made as expected. You will pay a premium for them vs other breakfast/bagel/coffee places. Location was clean, several taped signs throughout & the clings were haphazardly placed on the windows.

I visited this place for the first time and it turned out to be so good. Avocado Veg out was fresh and delicious. It comes with a side of chips and pickle. Their to go packaging was so good that it added love and warmth to the food. Also tried their Cranberry orange muffin and that was also very tasty.

Loved this place the first few weeks it was open but now it’s just like every other bagel shop in town. Bagels are good but customer service makes m choose somewhere else next time. Is it so hard to actually spread the cream cheese on the bagel ?

The bagels are good, but the customer service is consistently unacceptable. On every visit, the staff is rude and unprofessional, particularly the older man at the register. He basically yells at you as you order and he has his phone propped up watching videos on his phone at the same time. The overall atmosphere feels hostile, and it’s clear this behavior is normal there, as even other employees act the same way. I continued coming back for the food, but the experience has become so unpleasant that it’s no longer worth it.

We bought food here with my family twice and I doubt I will want to buy food from this place again. The location is certainly convenient, considering that there is a landry and a snack nearby. The second and last time I bought a couple of bacon and egg bagels here, we also left a tip and even ate inside the establishment, but both bagels were really COLD ..??!! The good thing is that we got our money back for the order the second time. The first time we also bought a couple of bagels, but they weren’t tasty. Guys, why is this. This is our family experience and conclusion. 🙁

tasty food, reasonably priced. i got the spinach and bacon croissant which was delicious and one of the best breakfast sandwiches i’ve ever had. my dad got chicken salad on a croissant and he liked it too and it came with chips and pickles. coffee was very strong and the chocolate chip muffin was fresh. service wasn’t the friendliest but it was fine (got some side eye for asking them to not waste a bag on my muffin and just give it to me in a napkin). a filling lunch for two people under $25, with coffee and and muffin for dessert.

Tip: if you asked for something toasted, make sure to check your order before leaving.
Some staff members don’t really ‘listen’ or ‘read’.
Their idea of toast is ‘cold’.
Has happened everytime I’ve come here.

Location needs more personality and good vibes.
