We have been coming here for 10years plus and always enjoyed the food and service. Our favorite waitress was Lisa. She was really good at her job and got to know her customers. The past 2 times we were here we didn’t see her. Service was not the same. Seemed like all new waitresses. We asked about her and was told she retired. Well today she was our waitress at Southfork! She said she did not retire, but was let go after 10 years. Sad. We don’t plan to return to Miele where they don’t value the people who helped make them a great place

Wow! I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. The menu was huge.. they offer breakfast and lunch. The food was hot, fresh and delicious as ever. Portions are huge. Service was superb. I will definitely be back. Family friendly and they offer a great kids meal. They have fresh juices and wonderful smoothies. Lots of parking available in the lot. Clean restrooms. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. This would be a great place for a family meal or even a date. I will be back for more deliciousness!

I’m a regular and can’t say enough about their great atmosphere and excellent food!
However, today my party dealt with a very annoyed server. She had little patience and was very rude when we asked for anything. I didn’t appreciate the responses she gave especially when I invited a large crowd that hasn’t been there before to experience this restaurant.
Overall, I will continue being a loyal customer, but will refuse to be served by her.
I have yet to be disappointed by anything on their menu!!

Food and service here were not good at all. Came to try because of all the positive reviews. My skillet was ok came out warn not hot. Juice was fresh but not very good for the price. My mom tried the farmers Bennie and it was absolutely horrible. Vegetables looked like they came out of a can. Complained to waitress and manager and nobody seemed to care. Waitress was too busy to give the service I would have liked. Definitely will not be coming back and would suggest that you go try somewhere else, there’s plenty of breakfast places in Orland Park.

This place is so very yummy. The coffee was delish. Their biscuits and gravy are fire . I got a veggie omelette with avocados inside ♀️. Definitely recommend this place. Our server was so sweet and consistently checking up on us.

I went in today for the first time and our waitress didn’t introduce herself. I told her I wanted my burger well done and it was still pink showing in the inside. I ordered a smoothie and I didn’t like it so I asked her if I can switch it out she argued with me and asked what’s wrong with it I said I didn’t like it, I had to ask for the manager for anything to be done. She said the manager will take it off your bill and then walked off. I said I wanted to switch it out not take it off my bill but I didn’t even bother ordering another one. She actually didn’t even come back to our table after that besides to give us the bill. I can’t tell if she had an Attitude or if she was just overwhelmed because she was the only waitress but either way her service was not good and the food was mediocre.

Good food but a bit pricey for breakfast. Nice sized portions. Seems like they are always short on wait staff so it makes no sense that they don’t have the bus people come around with coffee refils.

Really nice place, great service as well. It was pretty busy but we got a seat right away. I ordered and the food was out quickly. The fruit juices and smoothies look really good, i had the island punch and it was great. I also ordered the portabella eggs benedict which i think i will add canadian bacon too next time, but it was really good. Wife had the meat lovers skillet and she really enjoyed that as well. The menu has a nice mix of “every restaurant has them favorites” and some unique items you don’t always see. Cant wait to come here again, I just need to avoid sunday. Last week they had like an hour wait.

The food was good. The drinks- juices and coffees- are overpriced, but yummy. The worst thing they did, however, was seat us, a couple without children, near to a table with SIX children. Not all of them were ill-behaved, but the ones that were made up for it. Hostess (and anyone else who seats parties): Please read the room, and the customers who come in without kids, seat them farther away from families with small children. I know it is not your fault that some people don’t parent their kids. My problem lies in the hostess not realizing this issue. This clouded our whole experience.
