Ordered an ice cream cake from baskin-robins and it looked like my toddler did it. It was not worth $90 for a cake. When I reached out to them regarding it they just said they would make sure it didn’t happen again. I asked for a small refund and was given no response.

Ordered and had delivered 3 pints of ice cream and a banana split, banana split was fine BUT the individual pints of ice cream were not filled all the way and had large gaps that you could actually see the bottom of the container. Feel like I straight got ripped off especially since this was their chance to redeem themselves because this is NOT the first time having an unsatisfactory order from this particular store. My girlfriend tried to speak to the people in charge last time and they stopped responding and ignored her. In short very unhappy, wish I could pick the store that my order goes to to be filled because it would not ever be this one again.

I paid $50 and pre ordered my daughters birthday cake. when i went to pick it up it looked like a 3 year old with parkinson’s wrote happy birthday on it! completely embarrassing! then they tried to defrost and spread white frosting over the writing and told me to do it myself. did i mention the oreos are now covered with white frosting like some one with sticky fingers put them on the cake along with drips of blue from their errors down the sides of the cake! completely embarrassing!

Ice cream is either frost-bitten or has a slimy coating. The parking lot at the store looks borderline abandoned. Overgrown grass, giant weeds that look like trees, etc. Not a great experience.

They never have any flavors you want. We order 1 scoop of Oreo and 1 scoop of Reese Peanut Butter and ended up with 1 vanilla and 1 chocolate with no explanation.

Was really excited for ice cream after date night, but the butter pecan was bland at best, and they didn’t put on the toppings requested. The strawberry smoothie was actually quite good. We tried to order a scoop of the creole cream cheese since we saw it in the app, but the guy said they didn’t have that and made us feel very rushed, so we just picked a mangonada, thinking it was mango and strawberry or cherry or something, not spiced. It wasn’t poorly made, just a regrettable choice because of not-great customer service. Overall, it balanced out and wasn’t the worst ever, so 3 stars.

We were the only people in the store, and after eating ice cream my son wanted to wash his hands. He tried the men’s bathroom door which was locked, so he came back to the table. After ten minutes of waiting and nobody coming out, I told him to go to the women’s bathroom to wash his hands. That door, too, was locked. I asked the guy at the counter if we could have the keys to use the restroom, and he said somebody must be in there. We sat there an additional 10 minutes because my daughter was still eating, and nobody came out. The guy definitely just didn’t want any customers to use the bathrooms. Also, this is the same guy everyone has mentioned in their comments. He seemed very annoyed with us even being there and rushed us through ordering. We won’t be going back to this location.

We ordered a custom cake online for our kid’s birthday which was $60. They gave us a generic black ice cream cake priced at $45 then refused to at least give us the difference. Workers were super rude. Absolutely disappointed. Would not recommend.
