Love this place, used to work down the road rock hill pawn shop and we ordered here many times over the years. While pregnant with 5 kids I craved their subs. Still do. The service has had a little turn over, but for the most part has been great. We had an issue with the register double rung my order, I didn’t notice until I got home. I called and talked to the manager Alicia and she made it right, she couldn’t refund my money, so she took my name and number and I went the next day and got another one. Mad but not mad, lol. Extra trip, but well worth it. Only issue I have is the space is not big enough for all the customers to sit. Especially with multiple kids. I have read the recent reviews, and don’t know what that’s about, I know they are days they are so busy just to look up to greet someone was hard. But I always got the attention I deserved and my orders right.

Went there with my family ordered three regular subs, two of them were meals. They ran out of rosemary bread, no toaster, went to the drink machine ice machine was broken, and ran out of coke. For three subs, two fountain drinks and chips we paid $42. Yikes! The workers were nice but we won’t be back.

This Jersey Mike branch have failed on many accounts.
Food – we ordered double meat on stickball sub but they placed the double meat on the clubsub we ordered. They ran out of the chips I ordered, so they just immediately substituted with Lay’s assuming it was ok with me.
Service – we ordered online and arrived 2 minutes early, we stood to the side as we wait, servers did not acknowledge us or even looked at us. When we called their attention, they finally did, server gave us a the look like why didnt you line up? She was very rude, did not even greet or smile at us.
Atmosphere – as my husband stood to wait in the cashier, I sat down and the table was super sticky like, it have not been wiped in days.
Tip – we agreed to tip before we picked up our order and I do believe this kind of service does not merit a cent of my hard earned money.
This is very disappointing as we are not one time customers, we order subs from this location in many occassions – with this instance we would not be back.

Great food, great staff, premium quality at a good price. (Be honest who doesn’t want cheaper prices…) Shout out to Ms.Alisha. She takes care of her regulars. Came in today and got 3 subs 9, 56, 26 for my daughter, myself, my wife. With about 5 people ahead of me, online orders, my order with another 10 people in line. Her staff was amazing. Ms Alisha, a young lady, older lady, and young man were in there all working. Answering phones, slicing, cutting, custom ordering…
I do have 1 thing that happened that actually was a blessing in disguise, I ordered the big kahuna and custom made it. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch and said make it like mine… meaning the toppings lettuce, tomato, mayo, extra pickles. Well, she accidentally added onions and bell peppers while making my sub to my daughters. So that was the issue…. turns out she loved the sub so Much it’s her new favorite now. She asked dad can you get this everytime for me.

I stopped by this Jersey Mike’s to grab dinner, and I have to say, I left disappointed. I’ve been to multiple locations and always had decent service, but this one was different—in a bad way. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in or acknowledged when I left. I stood there for about 7 minutes waiting to pick up my online order, and not a single employee asked if I needed help. It was like I was invisible.
What makes it worse is the lack of urgency or care from the staff. No eye contact, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. You never know who’s walking into your store—a regular customer, a first-timer, or someone who genuinely supports the brand. Either way, everyone deserves common courtesy and basic customer service.
Not sure if the manager or owner is even involved here, but it shows. This location needs stronger leadership and a serious refresher on how to treat people. Definitely lost my service.

If you’re trying to order in the restaurant, forget it. Ignored for 15 minutes, watched doordash/ubereats orders go on and on before my food, only to be charged for a different sandwich than the one I ordered and then open the bag in the car to find a completely different one than the one I paid for or the one I ordered.
