The workers have no respect I ordered a sub thru the drive thru and the older lady was being so rude and asked everything with an attitude and kept rushing me thru my order. I also ordered a meal that has certain ingredients and I had to tell her everything that is on that meal whenever they should know and the meal even has a description of what the meal consists of after I told her I wanted no onions or tomatoes and everything else on it she started saying condiments that don’t even come with the meal. Terrible customer service have more respect!

Well it went from a 5 to a 1. Dining was amazing for a Subway that first time all due to the friendliness of the girl that was there she was amazing this last time on the other hand my friend had to use the restroom so bad and she is over 65 years old and they said that there was no public restroom sign on the door the whole nine yards but when I walked in saying I was buying something well then it became available and I get that but dude she was over 65 and needed the restroom terribly and it would have been understandable if the girl had with just a been a little friendly she was just nasty but I did go in and buy something not just a cookie as she suggested oh you’re just going to buy a cookie or a drink so hateful I was saying no thank you I planned on buying a whole combo and even got the 6-inch cookie in addition just approved to her yeah we have money woman we just needed to use the restroom she needed that first before we bought food won’t be going back

This is my home subway! They treat me kind every time! Usually, the subs are made to perfection and with pride. Every now and then you’ll get a messy sub if they are in a hurry or dinner rush but that’s life.

A three women crew handled a non stop line since before we got there and juggled the drive through and online orders. This team managed to do all while keeping a smile and good temperament even when the customer couldn’t make up her mind. They did fantastic and could use more than a hand

This food counter was probably the dirtiest subway counter I have ever seen! This pickle container in this photo is the only photo I took…it had cheese, eggs, and several other scraps of condiments mixed in. But trust me when I said the entire line was filthy. Clearly they are either not changing their gloves…. or using dirty utensils as they scoop from one to the other. You can also see lettuce strewn up and down the entire cutting board area. The sandwich artists had no interest in keeping the line visually clean. My visit was at 2:30 PM on a Thursday so they cannot blame it on the “lunch rush”.

The food is normally great when I can get it…..when I can get it. I have been 3 times in the past week and everytime the store has been closed or in the process of closing an hour to an hour and a half earlier than the posted time on their door. In fact on the door the time is posted they close at 11 on Friday yet at 9:30 i came in and the oven was off and I was told I could not order anything hot. If you aren’t open till the hours posted on your door change the hours posted on the door to correct them please.
