As a college student I eat here very frequently. There has not been a single time my order has come out smoothly. It normally takes 10/15 minutes in line, waiting to order, then another 10/15 waiting for my food. Writing this review I am actually waiting for my food, ordered at 9:40, now it’s 10:40.
I understand working in a restaurant as that is one of my occupations, I have worked in fine dining and fast food. I don’t believe any of the people working here have actual formal restaurant experience or training. At least from how they act.
It is not a professional place, customers are not treated with respect, and the workers are prone to time wasting behavior. As a busy college student this is how I get my meals for the day, there isn’t time to go somewhere else, but there also isn’t time to wait an hour for my food only for it to come out wrong, burnt, or contaminated by other food.
I am honestly just fed up. I have put up with this cafeteria for a year now and we need better staff, better solutions, or better training.
I actually recall coming to campus excited about having a kitchen on hand, but I heard rumors saying it was terrible. I didn’t want to believe it. I can tell you what, I do now.

The service of this place has severely gone downhill since I started attending here last year. They have forgotten my order no less than four times. The most recent time, I came in an hour before my class. I placed my order and they didn’t mention anything to me about a wait for food. A forty minutes later, during which time people who ordered me had gotten their order, I decided to go say something. They had once again forgot my order, not only that, they also forgot my friend’s order. The food is great and the people working are very nice, but this service has grown unacceptable.
