I have been a fan of QDOBA for 20 years. I live close to the one in Boise now. Friendly service, quality food and great taste! Salsa is flavorful and the habanero is dynamite! Size of portion is huge and at least 2 meals for me. Thanks QDOBA for retaining quality at a fair price. I shall return frequently, I love this place!!

We walked in and no one was there to greet us. There were no other customers in the place. There was a guy behind the counter with his back to us playing on his phone.
We stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge us for close to 5 minutes.
Finally, a girl came from the side dining area and the guy turned around and apologized, but he still didn’t help or offer to help us. Two girls came from the back and helped us.
The guy returned to whatever was so fascinating on his phone.
We will not return to Qdoba!

$16 for a steak burrito. Added a spoon full of queso blanco & avacadosl for $5.. had i known wouldn’t have added. It was a good burrito flavor was there, however the steak was mostly fat. Won’t be ordering steak again. For that price I would expect decent meat pieces.

I used to frequent this place pretty often as a college student, and I’m sad to see how much it has turned for the worse. This location took a play out of Chipotles handbook and decided to half their portion sizes while still raising the price. Double protein with double beans and all the fixings could barely fill half the bowl for $16. At least the queso is still free.

“Less is more” is the thought that comes to mind when I tried Qdoba for the first time today. I had the steak and shrimp burrito with guacamole, queso, salsa, cheese, etc. All the flavors were rather weak and melded into a “blah” wet burrito.
To make things worse the tortillas are just… meh. Something you could get at the supermarket. I think that Qdoba needs to find a few good flavors and encourage choices from that. Their menu just feels so scattered compared to other successful chains.
Staff were fantastic and very friendly. If Qdoba is your thing, this is a great location. For me, a Ch****** burrito is just more satisfying as it accentuates the protein more, and brings more heterogeneity.

Would not recommend. Ordered two chicken bowls, as soon I started eating something tasted really off, and fishy. I followed up with my husband and he confirmed that his bowl tasted the same. Hoping that it doesn’t turn into food poisoning.

I’ve been to QDOBA several times and generally enjoyed the food and service — the staff have always been kind and respectful. However, my recent experiences have been disappointing. The portion sizes have noticeably decreased, and when I asked for extra chicken, I was charged $5 for a single small spoonful. Considering the base meal costs around $10, that’s a 50% price increase for a minimal addition.
It also seems there’s no consistent standard for portions, as they vary from visit to visit. Unfortunately, it now feels like the focus has shifted from customer satisfaction to maximizing charges.
