Sandwich wasn’t made right, when brought up the person claimed it wasn’t their fault just how it was selected on the screen. Bacon was put on it (was not selected but would go on the normal sandwich). Not sure why that’s a problem now, as I’ve ordered this the same way quite a bit before today and it was never usually an issue unless was forgotten. Not really any accountability, was just given a cup of the normal toppings. Glad I at least got the toppings, but I don’t think this should have been an issue at all, and definitely don’t think the user of that screen at the drive thru should be blamed.. also tipped prior to receiving this odd sandwich as I’ve worked customer service before and wanted to be nice ( I know it’s not required to do that ) If it’s expected to enter in all the toppings after selecting the specific sandwich I feel there should be some sort of sign or screen that states that. But again had never been an issue before. Picture of said odd sandwich someone thought I would eat

I order a spicy Italian on Italian with green pepper, black olives, onion , jalapeño with marinara. I got all that but no marinara or green peppers and I got my husband chipotle, spinach, pepper and tomatoes!
His cheese and steak had my green peppers, no spinach, no pepper, no chipotle!
So bummed. We get subway about once every couple of months and don’t live in a town with a subway !!

Let me start by saying I don’t give out five stars very often. Let me also say that I’ve eaten at Subway in 8 Western States. Most Subways are good food, healthy choices, friendly service, reasonably clean. BUT! This Subway is what the Subway model is sapposed to look like. Fresh vegetables, Bright meat, FRESH BREAD!!, fast friendly staff, Clean facility. If I had to drive 5 miles out of my way, pass two other Subway restaurants. I would do it to come back to this one. Unfortunately from my home area I would have to drive 1400 miles and past three hundred other Subway restaurants. Subway corporate management please, please, please visit it this franchise and take this model to the rest of the country. I don’t know what the others are like in town I won’t be here long enough to know. But if they’re not five star. Drive out of the way to come get this store. 5/29/21 7:43pm

Clean and super nice ladies running this subway. They will wait for your choices patiently. Nothing much but 5 star for the ladies.

Legitimately the best subway experience I’ve had. Employees put a very generous amount of meat/toppings on, and I felt that the sub was really worth what I paid. Don’t think I’ll ever be back in miles city, but if I am, I’m coming to this subway.

I tried ordering the hotshot off the menu, I didnt want anything else, not really, I was hungry to the point of dry heaving, I just wanted a sandwhich real quick then I was going to be on my way… Why did I have to sit there and walk them through it ANYWAY? Shouldn’t they know their menu?

I thought it was a reasonably well maintained subway. Sandwich was good. What I really appreciated was that it was ~2 dollars cheaper than the last subway I went to. I’m not sure if the previous one was expensive or if this one is cheaper, but I know their prices vary a lot and it’s nice to see one on the lower end

They had to remake my sandwich 3 times the first time they put a mystery water that was supposed to be mayo then they didn’t take it out of the oven and burnt it to a crisp, then the guy that takes orders is weird unsanitary and awkward to order with, to top it off the whole store is so disgusting and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in days. Then we watched one of them cough on their hand then Handel stuff, after all of that they gave me a 10% discount.

That guy that I believe is a manager now has been a problem in that store for years now. He can’t make even just a decent sandwich, he’s weird, if he is a manager thats horrible and explains why the store looks disgusting, he can’t take an order without either making it a weird interaction or messing the sandwich up or both. Literally just seeing him behind the counter or at the drive through window is such a immediate disappointment. It’s getting to the point where I will start just finding somewhere else to eat or make something at home if I see that guy there.
Today me and my girlfriend went in for food and had to deal with him. It was as usual very aggravating, we both agreed the sandwiches they made for us were by far the worst sandwiches we have ever gotten from any subway. And on top of that towards the end of our order he ignored the time on the oven that had bread in it letting in continuously beep until another customer told him hey something is beeping at you which he responded that he was going to write up the oven for hollering at him. Please remove tom I believe his name is from the staff at the miles city subway. He should not and I repeat should NOT be working a job dealing with customers food. That guy should be fixing shelves at walmart or something so we the customers can stop leaving subway pissed off. I never write reveiws on anything but I’ve been biting my tongue on this for a long time now because I figured he would’ve lost his job there by now. It blows my mind why any employer would keep that guy and worse yet make him a manager at a food place. Lastly as I said if I go to subway again and see him behind the counter I’m finding somewhere else to eat. McDonolds is a better option when that guy is behind the counter at subway.

They don’t cut vegtable for salads. Big chunks even the chicken strips are big on the salad. Food was good but it needs more attention for salad eaters. Also if the owners read this think about going to footers in sidney mt see how they make there’s. Its amazing and they get repeat customers. Always busy..Just a hint lol
