Pizzas looked good before and after cooking. Order was correct and ready on time. Only complaint is you now have to use a QR code to get instructions for cooking certain pizzas, which is annoying.

Why aren’t supervisors having employees adhere to the guidelines in the food handlers book for food handlers permits? Chewing gum is a big no-no for several reasons: most common sense ones are the person chewing the gum spreads saliva-it used to be called gleeping. This goes with contaminating the food that said employee is making. I can get over employees who don’t confine their hair or play with their hair around food, but chewing gum should always be not allowed.

The crust tasted old and was tough. I baked a family size for 15 minutes. Perfect color. Crust was hard to cut, crust was hard to chew and crust tasted awful. I usually get the same ingredients through Domino’s, minus the sauce and wanted to try it through Papa Murphy’s, to see if I could get more pizza for a better price. My family orders from here a lot and I have had a crust like this once before, long ago; it was very disappointing!

Do you like your pizza on your terms? Check out Papa Murphy’s in North Ogden. You call it in and when you get there it’s ready to fly. Cook it in your own oven and viola! Hot n Fresh & awesome. I went with the Large Cheeseburger pizza this time. Yum!

Yummy food as always. We bought three items including, a peperoni pizza, cheese stick and the cinnawheel (cinna roll?) I don’t remember the name, seemed to have more on top than normal, and ended up making quite the mess inside the oven (thankfully we had something below it to catch most of it). Will definitely use this location again in the future.

The store is always clean and organized, and the staff members are always very welcoming towards the customers as they walk into, and exit, the store.
I have both called to place an order and have ordered online. Each time I have called to place an order, the staff member who answered my call was very pleasant and helpful (if I had questions), as well as patient with me if I was indecisive on what I was going to get. Sometimes I had question(s) and he/she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Likewise, if I placed an order online and came in to pick it up, my order was placed nicely and well organized, adjacent of the staff’s work counter, and organized alongside other online orders that other customers had made online. And again, I was greeted by cheerful voices.
The friendly service that was given to me and others who were in the store placing an order(s) or paying for their order(s) at the same time as I was picking up my online order — it is because of the type of service I recieved, and type of service that I noticed others receiving, that will keep me coming to this store every time!
