WOW Kate was fantastic! Very friendly. Food was very good. This family run Mexican restaurant is truly a gem. We were passing through the area and decided to give this place a try. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely return here again for some delicious Mexican food.

Been eating here for years and years. By far the best Mexican restaurant in the area!! They also did a fantastic job with catering my wedding!! I highly recommend them for a casual lunch or dinner as well as large events where a lot of food is needed. We had 60 people and they served us very generously.

I got a large door dash order, first time orderer. Felt like some Mexican foods, so I went to a different place than I normally order from put of curiosity. These dudes hit!!!! The entire planet is sleeping on the Alton Fried Tacos, the one I had with my order was so far out from what I had to expected… Simple and delicious, – I normally don’t leave reviews but the whole order was great and was blown by the Fried Alton Taco

I grew up at Rivera Maya!! At their old location, everyone there is so welcoming. I met my childhood best friend and lost contact with her for about 13 years!! I was finally able to reach out to her and we decided to meet at their new location and brought back so many memories!

Best margaritas hands down . Maria is an awesome hostess and server. Carne asada was on point and unexpectedly good for a small town like Alton. They’ve definitely embraced Hispanic culture with authentic choices along with “the usual” will be back no doubt.
