Been coming here since I was a kid – mom and pop shop. This place has been around for ages and is a local LA spot that thankfully hasn’t closed!!! Cash only!!! Parking can be kind of tricky since it’s a small lot but the food is worth the wait!!

Got the kung pao chicken. It had more walnuts and cashews than meat… paid 8$ for the nastiest egg rolls I’ve ever had.
Overall overpriced, poor taste, no flavor, soul…. Chinese on the east coast is a lot better and very different

TRY COMBO A Chinese in Echo Park if you want tasty American-Chinese food: Not even for my offer of ten extra dollars to my $7.25 lunch could I substitute hot and sour soup for egg drop, and I am allergic to eggs. The people giving this place decent reviews either 1) have never had even *decent* Chinese American food, or 2) have memories of coming here in their early single digits of age, which was likely the happiest time of their lives. — Too bad we cannot reply to the people who actually think that this is even an ok restaurant. It is not.

I have been going here for years since I was a little girl with my family, relatives and friends. Always order the wonton soup delicious as always. Family own Restaurant for years, always busy great Customer Service. Always order chow mein, house special and fried wontons, wonton soup always great food. Love the fact we introduced my boyfriend to Little Wang Kung Chinese Food here in Los Angeles.

I love this place. I am not too fond of their orange chicken but everything else on the menu is great. Family owned restaurant, very friendly staff

Such an unassuming gem of a restaurant. Incredibly quick and friendly service. Food was colorful and well priced. Best orange chicken I’ve had ever.

We ordered the dry spiced pork and shrimp egg foo young – it does not come with rice – we had to order fried rice separately – altogether $40. Egg foo young had no egg in it – just flour/cornstarch, not a lot of veggies (no cabbage or beansprouts), fried rice came in one takeout box for $11. The cashier convinced us to get the orange chicken instead of the pork. Dry and had a tomato-ey flavor. What a pity it says it is the closest Chinese takeout spot to our house and tastes like a kid put the meal together…
