This was hands down my worst experience with Domino’s. We ordered online and paid for extra cheese and pineapple, but the extras were missing. When we returned to the store to fix it, they refused to bake a fresh pizza. Instead, they argued with us and simply threw warmed-up pineapple onto the old pizza while it sat on a warmer. It was a gross solution, and by the time we got home, the pizza was cold and inedible.
To make matters worse, the staff was hostile. I asked for a manager but was passed to a delivery driver who promised a credit. When I called back because the credit didn’t appear in the app, an employee—who was clearly screening calls—answered abruptly, interrupted me to say the credit is “call-in only,” and then hung up on me. Terrible food quality and even worse customer service. Avoid this location.”

The saddest BBQ wings if you can even call them that. And the pasta had zero sauce for some reason? We didnt pay 30$ to get bottom of the bag ‘just get rid of them’ food. Side note. You have to pay extra for all and any sauces including marinara for some reason? I feel like its standard to include at least one for dip for cheese bread stick.. ect…

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Domino’s location. I ordered a large Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza with extra cheese and extra pineapple. When I picked up my order, it was immediately clear that there was no extra cheese—you could see large areas of bare crust—and certainly no extra pineapple.
I brought the pizza back personally, expecting a simple fix. Instead, the woman at the front counter argued with me, insisting the pizza already had extra cheese, even though it clearly did not. She also claimed my order didn’t include extra pineapple, pointing at her screen. When I pulled out my receipt, which clearly listed extra cheese and extra pineapple, she still continued to argue instead of acknowledging the mistake.
She finally took it to the manager, who returned and told me the “best he could do” was to put the pizza in the warmer and throw some extra pineapple on top. No apology, no remake, no accountability. Just a dismissive “that’s the best I can do.”
This is unacceptable customer service. When a customer pays for extra toppings, they should receive them—without having to argue or prove it. And when a mistake is made, the staff should fix it with professionalism, not defensiveness.
I’ve been a loyal Domino’s customer, but this experience has me seriously reconsidering whether I’ll return to this location. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses both the quality control and the customer service issues.

Today was phenomenal, Roxanne totally nailed 2 of the best pizzas I have ever consumed from any dominoes. This is not the normal outcome from this eatery, as this has been my most unloved dominoes in spokane, but they have started the new year off correct in my book. Thank you Roxanne. i mean seriously? you guys are my go to for pizza. first time having a truly bad experience but this is just seriously careless. this is how it was delivered. lukewarm and literally smashed up, or missing a whole slice? can’t even tell. one side not even cut into slices. even gave us the wrong sauce cups manager said he could replace it as long as i gave him the old pizza back. thanks i guess. but come on how did y’all even manage this????? literally horrible

Walked and got my pizza went back home told the guy pepperoni about four times some young kid with dark hair working. I called him just to see if he can replace it because there’s no pepperonis on it instead of him saying sure that’s not a problem go ahead and bring it down and I’ll add some or I’ll exchange it for you or a refund. He just had an attitude started ruining his mouth talking crap. This kid needs to learn how to handle his mouth would never recommend this location after I told him that he’s being rude politely and he shouldn’t be talking to people like that. He said I also spit on your pizza. Vary unprofessional and will never go back there again. The pizza was all messed up. The wings were good but everything else was crap. Highly recommend going in there.

Favorite location since moving nearby in 2019. Jordan (Mgr) is and always has been stellar and has made us the absolute BEST pizzas we’ve ever had from Domino’s! Him and his crew are exemplary. This store sets the benchmark and repeatedly knocks it out of the park time and time again. Way to go Team Jordan and Crew!!

I received an email from Venmo that offered $10 off if I spent $30+ at Dominos, so it seemed like a great time to order some takeaway. We browsed the menu and landed on a special deal for 1 specialty large and a 2 topping large, there were tons of other deals/coupons online which was really nice. I paid with Venmo and the checkout process was simple and straightforward. Our pizzas were ready within 15min so I drove over, parked in their lot, and went into the store. We were greeted by a very friendly worker who promptly asked for our order number/name and brought our order out to us.
The pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious! This was my first time having Dominos and it was awesome. I love the fact the online website has tons of options and coupons, different ways to customize, pay for the order, as well as schedule pickups. We’ll definitely order again in the future.
