This is by far one of my favorite fast casual restaurants around. The service has always been great, the burritos are awesome, and the fajitas are fantastic for the price. Prices are in line with the quality provided, my only wish is that the dining room were a bit cleaner.

This review is only for the worst customer service EVER! I called on Friday and it took over an hour and 2 phone calls to order catering. The employee that I spoke with had no idea what the catering menu consisted of and kept cutting me off before I could get the request out. When the order was finally in their system, I offered the delivery address and payment information and was told that I would receive a call at 10 am on Tuesday, the 31st (today). It is 12:42pm and I just got off the phone with another employee who was just as rude and told me that I will receive a call at 2pm since no one is available to call in the morning – he then sped through whatever else he had to say and hung up. My company orders a ton of catering and I will not be using this location again. I’m sure their food is delicious, but it will only get you so far…

Everyone should go to Baja Fresh. I’ve been making frequent visits since I was a young child. The service is effiecent and friendly, and the food will always be unmatched in flavor. The overall atomosphere is clean and inviting. Baja Fresh is definetly in my top 5 favorite restaurants.

I attend college around the corner of this establishment and enjoy stopping by for lunch. Never had a bad experience with staff or food. My fav are the Americano Style Chicken Tacos and the Nacho Burrito. Co-worker’s usually want me to bring something back with me for them, so I assume they enjoy Baja Fresh as well.

I don’t know what happened at this location. I only come there occasionally, so it’s not as drastic to me, but my boyfriend orders the chicken torta very frequently. But in the last few months, it’s just not as good. I can’t speak for the torta itself, but I tried the sauce that came with it twice and it was awful. Almost had a taste like carbonation or alcohol, and I was not the only one to think so. One of those same times, I tried the queso. Although queso is nearly impossible to completely destroy, I did not enjoy it much, which is unheard of with me and queso. Why has this location gone downhill? Sometimes my boyfriend asks me to pick up Baja Fresh, but now I have to go to Chantilly or Vienna to get it, where he says the tortas taste wonderful, like they used to in Sterling.

You need to shutdown! Dinner was horrible. Everything was bad. The chips were burned, the sauce was off, the meat was tasteless, and they even forgot to give us the salsa with the chips. It is the worst Baja Fresh I have ever been to.

This location used to be a decent place, but in this last visit I was surprised to find the quality of food and service going down a notch. Burrito has no taste, salsa is bland and watered down.
