Changing my review from last week. Rude rude staff. Everything was an inconvenience. Had to pull up my bank account to prove I was charged for 2 cookies. Treated like I was beneath them. Very very poor service. Won’t pick up here again.

How are you going to sell a dish titled “Loaded Baked Potato Soup” and then proceed to charge for the toppings (Bacon, Cheddar, etc.) of the soup?

Then to top it off, I pay the extra $1.29 for some bacon (had cheese at home), and then you don’t put it in the bag. So I payed extra for what should be included in the dish title to then not receive it.

Staff just doesn’t care here, improve or close this location.

First time trying Potbelly in Ohio and this was a great meal! My gf got the new Gyro flat and mac&cheese which she loved. I got the Pizza Melt and some broccoli cheddar soup, everything was very good. The cookie I got was huge and the perfect dessert after our meal. We’ll definitely be back to try other stuff because there’s a good amount of options!

I tried the roast beef sandwich and it was tasty. We had to wait for some time as there was just one guy in the whole restaurant. However, he gave us complimentary chips and soda in order to compensate for the time we had to wait. I liked the gesture and that is what customer service should be like.

Ordered two sandwiches and a big salad which came as smaller. When I called the manager and staff were incredibly responsive and kind. I appreciate the spectacular customer service. Also everything was delicious.

Consistently gets my order wrong. Tonight I ordered two salads on a delivery app. No dressing, and of course I don’t have any here. Not interested in a dry salad, it’s a complete waste of money. I’ll stop by the store for some dressing tomorrow and hopefully this salad is still edible.
