This was our first time trying Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, as we recently moved to Princeton, TX and wanted to check out a new food spot. Our experience honestly started off a little rocky because one of our orders was made incorrectly. However, what really mattered to us was how it was handled—and that’s where Freddy’s completely changed our minds.
We came back to see if the order could be corrected, and they went way above and beyond what we expected. They remade the entire order for my family without hesitation, and I truly appreciate that level of care and customer service.
Once we got home and opened everything up, the food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. It genuinely didn’t feel like typical fast food. Compared to places like Whataburger, this felt like a higher-quality experience overall. And the frozen custard? So good. It’s not overly sweet like Andy’s Frozen Custard—Freddy’s custard has more of a smooth ice-cream feel, which we loved. The fact that they even have fun options like Dirt ‘n Worms instantly brought back childhood memories.
Huge shoutout to the guys who checked in on us and made sure everything was going well, and especially to Brittney, the marketing manager—she was amazing. Because of how this was handled, a bad experience truly turned into a great one. We’ll absolutely be back and are happy to have Freddy’s as a new go-to spot in town.

Went tonight for the first time and had to leave a review. The woman running the drive-through was an absolute gem—genuinely pleasant, personable, and clearly knew her stuff. This was true 5-star customer service, the kind you don’t see nearly enough anymore.
Since it was my first visit, I asked about one of the menu items. She walked me through the ingredients, shared that it was a top seller, and when I said it sounded like something my l partner would love, I could hear her smile through the speaker and said, “Mine does too!” That small, human connection made all the difference.
The tea tasted fresh, and she was absolutely right about the food— he loved it and said it was one of the best burgers he’s had.
Great food is important, but great people are what bring you back. I’ll definitely be returning.

It was great to go to Freddy’s again. Our first time at this location. The are great and very tasty. The staff were great.

Our family wanted to eat at Freddy’s and this was the nearest location since the Greenville location closed. Our food took a little while to come out but, it’s understandable due to the winter storm, they were short handed. Silsa (hope I spelled that correctly) was awesome and took care of us. She was very sweet and gave us great customer service. We will definitely be visiting this location again soon! Mahalo Silsa!

Nice staff, clean restaurant, speedy service. The food portion leans on the smaller side. Shoestring fries, not my favorite. Onions rings were good. My wife liked the grilled chicken sandwich. The number 5 double meat jalapeno Jack cheese steak burger was good. Sometimes the dining room speakers turned up way too loud.

Tell me where in this order it says pickles and ketchup? My husband went to pick up food on his way home, since we don’t have many food options out where we live. He came home, and this was my burger. One thing, I absolutely HATE pickles, and won’t eat anything with pickles on it, even if they are removed. I’m not going to have my husband drive all the way back out just for you to correct the order. Yes, he should have checked, but he should be able to trust that a place can get an order correct. This location almost ALWAYS gets my order wrong. I need some sort of refund, since now, I have to make myself something else to eat.

Me and my wife had a horrible experience. The lady at the drive through dropped the cherry off our shake on the dirty counter… She grabbed with her bare hands and stuck it back on there and pretended like nothing happened. We asked if she would make another and she got angry, rolled her eyes… and then went around the corner for approximately 3 seconds. She pretended she made a new one when it was just the same shake again. This is unsanateary and gross

I’ll save you a trip. DONT GO. Food is cold. My order was wrong. The line and the parking lot is insane. We sat in the line for an hour for cold wrong food. Whataburger it will be. Freddys was a twofr (first and last time). I asked for mustard and pickles. But nope it was plain and dry and ice cold and onions cold too. And the large so called shake was half full

In the picture you will see the prime rib steak burger. As you see it looks nothing like the advertising. There was barely any prime rib.you basically just taste bread and some onions. I also ordered the chili cheese fries with onion. All I got was cheese fries..no onion..no chili. So not only was I robbed by that pitiful excuse for a sandwich. They also robbed me by not giving me what I actually purchased. Spent $28 and now I have to actually go get a real meal. I didn’t even bother to complain about my fries. I won’t be back.
