We recently tried Pizza Hut in Poplar Bluff for the first time since their return, and our experience was a bit of a mixed bag. We ordered two pizzas: the Pepperoni Tavern Pizza and the Hand-Tossed Italian Sausage Pizza.
The Pepperoni Tavern Pizza was the star of the show. It was bursting with flavor, with the pepperoni delivering a bold, satisfying taste. The crust was well-balanced, and the toppings were generous, making it a great choice.
On the other hand, the Hand-Tossed Italian Sausage Pizza fell flat. The sausage itself was fine, but the sauce was bland and didn’t bring much to the table. Combined with a heavy, doughy crust and sparse toppings, it felt like the pizza was missing something to tie it all together.
It’s awesome to have Pizza Hut back in Poplar Bluff, but there’s some work to be done for consistency. We’ll probably give them another shot, but for now, I’d recommend sticking with the Tavern-style pizzas for a more flavorful experience!

In my order I ordered 2 things of chicken Alfredo when i got home the food was still hot but it was dry. There was very very little Alfredo sauce in both thing of chicken Alfredo. Because it was so dry we had to trash the order. I will never order from them again. I suggest you check your order before leaving the store.

Wow. I’m at a loss for words. 60$ for a large five topping and two different desserts. Trash! Hands down worst pizza i have ever eaten. Service was good, but that has to be backed up by GOOD FOOD. I’m not even sure that I would even label that food.

Ordered a supreme ..got a precooked pepperoni pizza that they added veggys on top..that wasnt even cooked just warmed up if your going to sell people left over pizza at least put some cheese on top maybe they wont notice …we got the worst stomach ache .if we order here again i will be checking before i leave to make sure they made me a fresh pie ..shame on you for ripping people off

I order cheese sticks often. They know me. Lol. The food is good but it’s the workers who are so great. They try to fill a picky persons order every time and I appreciate it and all of them.

Ordered a pizza for takeout. Called it in. Made order gave all information. Name, phone number, address, and paid for it with my debit card. I am in a nursing home close to their location. Was told it would arrive in 25 minutes. And hour later it hadn’t arrived so I called. Said they couldn’t find my order,or where I had called from my number. I had called once and couldn’t get an answer and they actually called me back. Couldn’t give me a refund and told me call corporate headquarters. No luck there. Out $30 and went to bed hungry. On a fixed income and that was about the last of my money! That’s my experience with them. Never again!

This place is so awful. Even when you put on the special instructions to please cook the pizza well done, longer than normal you still get a pizza without the cheese being melted in the middle. Ordered a supreme and not only is it not cooked all the way pretty the only thing on it is cheese. We just tossed it all in the trash. So gross. $48 wasted. Worse than Domino’s and I didn’t think that was possible.

First of all I tried placing the order through their website after getting off work. I don’t have their app and don’t want it so I just used their website. My gawd that was an awful experience. It took me over 40 minutes to place a simple order. At one point I tried calling the restaurant to see if I could just place the order by phone but they did not have the same deals as their website. So, I went back to the website and waited for it to finally go through. After I did place the order and got an email confirmation with the tracking link, anytime I tried to track the order it showed my order didn’t exist. Eventually I decided to just drive there as it was on my way home. The staff indicated this has happened to other customers.
