I haven’t ordered from there since December 1, 2024, they had me wait over an hour on my wings and pizza for takeout, I had prepaid with debit card , finally asked for money back, they don’t refund I was told after asking several times for my refund, they went to the back spoke with manager, she called police to have me removed from store. Police said why can’t you refund his money, I spoke with district manager on the phone, he said he couldn’t/wouldn’t give me a refund since the food was now ready I needed to take it and he would add a $25 credit to my number, which he did not. Fast forward to day, ordered wings and a pizza, pizza was good, 12 wings were cold. Not sure what’s going on with that place, I seldom see cars there like I do at Domino’s. I will take another year hiatus from Lovington Pizza Hut. I spend my money where I am appreciated.

I visit here regularly now. Most of the time , everyone seems to be in a good mood, which gives off a welcoming atmosphere. Being that I used to work for a franchise where I became an area trainer, and worked in a location that was rated #1 in the nation, I hold very high expectations. This particular location is one of the cleaner ones I have visited. And the food is always great. I have yet to have a visit where my wings were not served fresh, or the dough tasted over proofed or old. Overall, a four star rating I think is sufficient for this location, which is way better than I would give their neighboring pizza hut in Hobbs on N. Turner. If your looking for a good meal for the family, this is the spot.

The food was really good I was going to order on the app just do take out which was about $56. But we decided to dine in, and we ended up ordering the same exact thing. And it cost over $100 to eat there. It’s insane.
I can go to Lubbock to a way fancier restaurant for that price.

This pizza hut is the worse never again coming again me and my mom wanted to dine in for pizza after being so busy today and haven’t ate all day the manager was very disrespectful they wasn’t letting us eat because ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS BE LAZY!! they had told my mom the pizza will be 28$ just for one large pizza thin and crispy pepperoni we called the Hobbs they only charge 18$ when I called this lovington Pizza Hut they said it will be 23$ and they are very disrespectful the manager was whispering to another worker talking stuff about us when we did nothing and be nice to them I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PIZZA HUT OR YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!! I do recommend to go to Hobbs New Mexico Pizza Hut they are very nice and respectful I appreciate the main office manager he was very nice and respectful I recommend going to Hobbs pizza hurt

This place is Horrible now. I went to dine-in and we were greeted with a young lady and a bad attitude. She gave us a look like we were disturbing her day when there was only 2 other customers there.her service was horrible. Paid for our drinks which was 16 dollars and left. Worst experience ever! Order for delivery was placed at 4:56. Estimated time of delivery was 5:21. Received pizza at 6:30 after calling. Food was cold and had been prepared for over an hour before being delivered. Not worth the $28 I spent. Gave the driver a large tip when placing the order. Definitely would not have tipped, or even placed the order if I had known. I’ve given Pizza Hut numerous opportunities to correct this type of service. Even when ordering pick up, the wait is at least 15 minutes to be waited on by staff. Again, food is sitting in the warmer. No more chances for disappointment from me! I give 0 stars!

This Pizza Hut is awful I spend 50$ and didnt even get the food I ordered. And when I called to get a refund for the food I didnt get the “manager” was arguing with me and said I had to give all the food back.
