I love to come here the pizza is yummy but today they gave me a almost burnt dark pizza and it was less than warm :/ other than that make sure you check your pizza to be safe, this doesn’t ever happen to me except today!

Brown skin Worker was being rude and aggressive. As to what I know, this store closes at 10pm. Not at 9:30. They said they were closed when it was barely 9:30. Also, I asked for a pizza with pineapple and jalapeños and they had given me a pizza with pineapple and ham. Bad customer service

After picking up my kids from school we swung by to pick up an online order. It was a total of 3 pizzas. My mobile order stated it was ready on the portal but when I tried to get it they told me they are still working on it.. okay no problem… waited almost 10 minutes which defeated the purpose of ordering ahead of time.. I get my order and come home. I start serving my kids and it’s clearly labeled two pepperonis and one cheese.. but when I opened the box labeled “Pepperoni” it was a 2nd cheese pizza… I called the store just to inform them and the manager on the shift stated “well what do you want me to do about it????” Excuse me? How about you get the order right? I completely understand accidents happen but she immediately caught an attitude with me.. she also stated they double check every pizza before it goes out but clearly that wasn’t the case…

I ordered and paid online and when my husband got there the lady told him he had to pay so he did l. I was charged double. I called to fix it and they never answered. My husband went up there and they told him she would let the manager known the next day because she wasn’t in that day. So we went back the next day and still no manager no refund back. Mind you it was a big order for a party. The manager never showed up and she wasn’t going to be in for the week so they suggested us to contact our bank. It was a headache on something so simple. Never going back! Horrible customer service. My advice is to avoid them and use another location. Plus the pizza was cold and hard.
