Just about every experience I’ve had with this location has been less than great, but tonight’s experience really made a terrible, lasting impression.

Placed an order around 7:45. By 9:00, we still hadn’t received our pizza, even though (according to the tracker) the pizza was finished at 8:19. I called over there to see what was going on and to make sure our food wasn’t just sitting under a heat lamp for an hour. Someone answered and explained that they only had 2 drivers and our order was going out on the next trip. He also assured me that our food was actually made later than what the tracker showed, so it definitely wasn’t sitting under a heat lamp for an hour.

We didn’t receive our food until 9:35 pm (even though we live about 5 minutes from their location).

We received loaded tots with burned cheese that had, in fact, been sitting under a heat lamp for over an hour, one medium pizza that wasn’t even fully cooked and the crust was still dough, and one pizza that appeared to have A BITE taken out of it.

We called over there and, while they did give us a refund, we did not even receive an apology or any sort of remorse for this awful experience.

So we waited around for almost 2 hours and now we have no dinner. Shame on you, Domino’s! I think it’s time for new managers and employees at this location.

This location doesn’t start making your pizza until you show up. I have ordered multiple times and usually wait for the app to alert me that my order is done. Every time I order, my order sits in “Make” until I go up to the counter. Tonight I placed an order at 6:12 and the app said it would be ready at 6:45-6:55, I walk in at 6:50 and get told it’s going to be another 25-30 minutes? I understand that it’s dominos, but your app should be accurate to the actually wait times. If you’re looking for a quick bite to eat, this is not the place. I think it’s unacceptable and inefficient to wait to make a pizza until you arrive to pick up. Do better

I called in for a carry out order and was told it would be ready in approximately 20 minutes. I arrived early and my three pizzas were ready right on time.
My pizzas were great and well received by my friends.
The staff was very friendly even as It appeared they had a rush of orders.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! i ordered a pizza for delivery, when it showed up they left it on the ground with the ants and bugs. my dog ate the food, when i called (9 TIMES) they said they couldn’t help me without the drive side. i told them i have a video of all of it. i drove up there for the manger to info me he couldn’t help. i showed him the video and showed there was 2 things RIGHT BESIDE the door they could leave it on, also in the video there was a car and a boat to lay the food on. he then try to say they can’t leave it on anything unless it’s put in the instruction because someone else might think it’s their food. i said i live on 17 Acres in a house?? who would drive down a half a mile driveway and think it’s their food? when that didn’t work then he tell me there nothing he could do for me and just . ridiculous!

ANY pizza place is better than this service. If you’re closing an hour early, the customers that placed an order deserve a call at the VERY least.

So… I put in an order at 11:00 pm for carryout pizza. I arrived at 11:36 to find the store closed and locked up. It didn’t seem like anyone had been there for hours…… it says clearly on the sign on the front door that they close at 12:00midnight. Im not sure if corporate knows about them closing early but they did and ruined my night. Never going to ANY dominoes pizza.
I’m boycotting the franchise for life. Thanks for nothing.

Second time I’ve order online, was given a ETA, showed up ON time or LATER then suggested just to be told it’s going to be another hour plus. I can understand having to wait a few minutes but to be told it’s going to be double the time without any kind of notice is ridiculous.
Talked with Joshua, who clams to be one of the managers, who told me it’s a website/app issue. And that basically any estimated time given is inaccurate. So I guess when you order your food, just guess on the time.

Purchased a local discount card called slice the price- this location doesn’t accept it….disappointing but fine. However, the boy I spoke to on the phone had the worst customer service ever and was completely rude and unhelpful. He told me he couldn’t help me and I was like well I paid for this card…and he told me to come back into the store and get a refund and I told him it’s a fundraiser card and he was like well I don’t know anything about it I can’t help you. And I said can I speak to a manager that may know more? Sure, but then the manager refused to talk to me and I heard them rudely say “I’m not talking to them…we’re independently owned and we’re choosing not to accept any fundraiser cards”. Boy then says “Mam we can do what we want; we’re independently owned and we’re not taking your discount card”. I was mind blown at the level of rudeness. It was like a bunch of incompetent and entitled children running the entire place.

Ordered food over an hour ago and called to check on it. First the girl couldn’t hear me because I heard tons of noise in the background then after correcting her on my name and phone number more than once I was told my food hasn’t even left yet! I WILL NEVER order from them again. I will stick with Papa Johns!!!

This store has an issue with consistency. It can be great one day, then bad the next. We’ve had good pizza from here with it cooked properly, generous toppings. This was not the case this past weekend. Ordered online, arrived early to pickup. The upfront guy gets on the phone, a line of people forms, they get backed up. Get our pizza home lukewarm and sparse toppings. I counted 5 pieces of mushrooms. Hope they address these issues.
