Disappointing experience. They messed up my order (I ordered mango popping boba–which was the main reason I chose this place–and they gave me regular tapioca pearls) and the customer service was extremely lacking. I walked in and the sole employee was in the far back of the store. He didn’t greet me and when I asked if the drink on the counter was mine, he responded, “You’re fine.” It’s the worst tasting taro tea I’ve had and I regret trying this place.

First visit with friends on a Saturday afternoon. The business was good. Quite a few customers were enjoying their drinks in-store. The staff were friendly, quick, patient, and professional. It didn’t take much time for me to get my drinks.
I ordered their signature drink, QQ Happy Family Milk Tea, which had a variety of toppings in the milk tea. It was a fresh and flavorful drink! I am a Taiwanese and can prove their service and drinks were pretty authentic! I recommend 50% sweetness and less ice because that’d be sweet and cold enough.
Also, be sure to ask for a stamp card if you visit for the first time. The card allows you to collect 10 points/drinks until you can get a free one! I would say Sharetea is by far the best bubble tea shop in Columbus!

Pretty solid bubble tea place. Probably one of the best ones in Columbus at this point. Lots of options. The Boba was really good. Chewy but not firm. You can customize your drink a lot to get different toppings and different levels of sweetness. They don’t have someone manning a register they only have these tablets out to make your own order. That’s a little bit of an inconvenience because you can’t pay with cash. The tea also only comes in one size so there’s no option for a larger or smaller tea. The tea itself though was pretty good quality.

Best Thai tea, creamy and rich. The amazing thing here is you get to choose the amount of sugar n ice for your drink. Thai tea ice blend is the original you will get here. Nice crowd hanging out here enjoying their flavors of tea. Just a little bit tight space seating. The crew is good, friendly and speedy service as well. This place is busy usually so be ready to stand in a short and sweet line. But its worth standing. Their tea cups, do notice them pls, they are super cool.

Not all boba is made the same, but ShareTea makes good cups of it! There’s plenty of parking outside their shared lot, there’s a small amount of seating inside, free wiif, and there’s a lot of choices on the menu to choose from!
I recommend their fruit teas, they’re well made and delicious! My friends and I really like their various kiwi and peach teas. I like their mango milk with lychee jelly. It’s worth trying different flavors to find the one you like!
Depending on the drink, you can pretty much customize most with your desired toppings, sugar level, and ice levels. Some drinks already come with “pearls,” the tapioca balls, so you can add more toppings if you would like. Drinks range from $5-7+ depending on toppings and type of drink. They offer a variety of toppings like jelly, tapioca, ice cream, etc. Their drink sizes are already set, they come in a “regular” about 24 oz, I think or some come in a smaller cup about 16oz.
I like that they offer a punch card reward system, for every 10 purchases, you get 1 free. It’s a good way to earn a free bubble tea. I believe you can order ahead and take out or in stores to sit or take out.
I recommend this place if you like sweet drinks, a pick me up, something yummy, a snack, and/or if you enjoy boba! Good place for small groups or a casual date, or a dessert after a meal.

First look: I do not know if the workers are related or whatever, but gave me a really uncomfortable vibe. You can clearly see whoever the owner only hires people of his/her race and they have nothing to do with ‘Taiwanese milktea’.
My order: I ordered lime tea mojito and strawberry mojito, both with 30% sweetness and they came with a whole layer of pure sugar at the bottom of the cups. I went back into the shop and told them they made my order incorrectly and put too much sugar. They said they followed their recipe and did not do anything. Girl, I have been drinking share tea since 2020 or something and at their very first u.s. location in California. I told them I have been drinking the same drink ever since it first came out and they did not understand what was wrong with the drink at all. They kept insisting there’s nothing wrong with the order. I told them to keep the drinks and I rather call my bank to cancel the transaction sinc they did not want to take any action and then they finally offered a refund.
I do not blame the workers. They truly might be following the recipe given to them but it’s just common sense, who the heck drinks iced tea with a layer of pure sugar not blended into the tea???? Not in any East asian countries, and these jokers have no clue because they got no knowledge of what they are selling.
If you are thinking this is a regular ‘sharetea’ location, it is not, and do not waste your time and money.

I went in and was completely ignored. Not even greeted or acknowledged and I was even seen by the employee. I’ve never been here so I had questions about the product but was never acknowledged and I even said excuse me a few times over the loud music and when there was a break in between the loud song and still no answer. Even though there’s a screen to order from I would have liked to have some help, but I won’t ever be going back

THE BEST bubble tea place in town! Taiwan/Hong Kong authentic taste. Super friendly staff. Very clean. I got matcha with fresh milk. the drink is STILL cold after an hour with ICE! Taste is not diluted! Can’t wait to try other drinks with toppings next time. Highly recommend!
