12/13/25- I normally don’t have any issues with Carbone’s. It one of my favorite places to get pizza. Pizza is always good. But today I called for large cheese pizza w/green peppers & onions. Lady told me to pick up 4:45pm got there on time and had to wait for the pizza. This is my second time waiting for pizza when they told me a time to pick up. Also the pizza crust was burnt and the bottom of the crust was hard. My cheese was burnt and I hardly got green peppers on the pizza. I’m paying $26 for a pizza that wasn’t very good. Not sure what happened today but the pizza was very disappointing!

I love Carbones. Their pies and wings have never been bad. Plenty of toppings, wings a good size and cooked prfectly. This time I decided to take advantage of their sheet pizza and wings deal. I ordered over the phone, the lady was very nice and had to unfortunately tell me that deal is only honored with a physical copy… it’s 2025… the owners need to do away with that. That being said… their sheet pizza is not good. At all. Their dough is super thick, bready and feels store bought. The toppings didnt reach all the way to the crusts on any side so the outside pieces had very little to no toppings. The wings, I split half mild, half garlic parm. I basically just got 50 dry, plain wings. Was very disappointed in the party size preparation and will most certainly not be ordering wings in large quantities or anything bigger than a large pie.

It’s pretty much a ritual for us. We order there every single Friday. It’s good wings and good pizza. My family and me are big pizza and wing eaters. I called her so much that they know exactly who I am when I call. They’re always really nice respectful. The food is always on time.

Best pizza in rochester. This is the location that we frequent the most however I’ve had great experiences at all of them. When you order well done wings they give you well done wings, which tends to not be the case at most other pizza establishments. They are very consistent and I don’t recall ever having less than a great experience.
