Loved this place. Truffle fries are soo flavorful, Fried mushrooms had perfect crispness. shrimps were great too.
I wouldn’t miss desert whenever I stop at this place. Chocolate bomb cake has perfect level of sweetness, rich texture & it just melts in our mouth. Definitely recommend this place.

This is one of the best places I had been recently in Frisco, and was unable to stop my self in providing my feedback very next day. I am compelled to give all 5 ratings in every area – as I enjoyed their food all the way from drinks, sharables to main course. They got wide range of beer selections, good options around sharables like firecracker Shrimp, chicken wings and main course burgers and wraps. Also, folks who are helping in serving food were good.

Barrel House is an absolute gem. The food was incredible — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The cocktails looked so professional you almost feel bad drinking them… almost. Each one was perfectly mixed and beautifully presented.
But the real standout was the service. Simon, the manager, took care of us like a superhero. He checked in often, made sure everything was perfect, and genuinely made us feel welcome. You can tell he takes pride in what he does.

Service was barely acceptable. Bartender came off short and smart ass. Which is fine in a dive bar (which he probably used to work at by the attitude) or if you are a regular. But not in Frisco after work. The pizza took WAY to long to be brought out, it was not crowded. Did not come with the extra cheese, balsamic or well done finish as we asked. Do better on the simple stuff like correct order taking and finishing by kitchen. This was our 3rd visit and they seem to be trying to “figure out how this works”. The fried pickles were very good on our 2nd visit so credit there. We really want to make this a regular spot, but its getting difficult.

I attended the soft opening with my family at 11am and was greeting by a number of very sweet staff. Taylor waited us and she stayed to talk and get to know us. We tried the peach lemonade and had to get one to go. The full menu will begin on 8/27/25. The restaurant was empty when I attended so wait time was amazing and the food was fresh. Will come back to try several new beers

Barrel House in Frisco delivered a great experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food came out hot and fresh, and everything we ordered was on point. You can tell they care about quality and consistency.
Halie, our waitress, really stood out. She was attentive without hovering, quick with refills, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her attitude was professional and upbeat, and she handled the table with confidence. Service like that makes a difference.

We had a great time at the new Barrel House. The staff was friendly, food was excellent and they have a great selection of craft beers. We had the Firecracker Shrimp appetizer which was excellent, I had a burger which was very good and cooked perfectly. The sweet potato fries are killer. This is going to be a regular spot!

I came in on Sunday (11/16) and even though the place was really busy, Carly took amazing care of us. She prioritized our table without making us feel rushed, and the service was honestly great from start to finish. Super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Our first time at Barrel House and we were impressed! Ordered the fried pickles and they are some of the best we’ve ever had. Great selection of beers on tap too. Ordered patty melt, truffle fries and barrel cucumbers, highly recommend all of it. Hailey was our server today and she was so friendly and on top of it, making good recommendations and taking good care of us. Highly recommend!!
