Little Caesars has always been the quickest pizza establishment where you can walk out with a decent pizza in minutes. However, this location has decided to hire terrible employees who 1. Don’t speak English, 2. Have no customer service skills and 3. Have decided to not follow food safety protocols. I just got home to a rock solid pizza that has clearly been sitting there for hours. It makes me wonder what other corners they’re cutting in the kitchen. I called in to address the issue and a very rude person named Yoalis said I should have checked it myself, so basically, I should now be doing her job. I now see that there are other reviews with similar experiences so since the manager doesn’t care I’m calling the DBPR. Old cutler deserves a good pizza establishment. Do not eat here.

We were short of few cents for a cheese pizza. The lovely young lady ( sorry I didnt get your name). And she asked us and said no problem with a smile and sparkle in her eyes the empathy I saw in her. Definitely will return and this location was immaculate and very well maintained. Will return soon. Hot and ready not so much any more. Tonight they only had 1 pepperoni pizza and 1 crazy bread available. No cheese pizza. I have no desire to enter my credit card number into an app to order pizza from them especially since I can make an order for a nearby Dominoes for $5.99 freshly made with no credit card. I don’t know what they are thinking. The “automat” went out in the 1950’s. Not even well made unless you like large areas with dry dough without tomato sauce (see photos) and large sections without pepperoni. I’m done with this location. Heading off to buy a real pizza from a competitor. So sad – I used to love Little Caesar’s especially the sauce.
Crazy bread was doughy not good either.

I ordered 2 Pizzas for delivery and I forgot to make it a party cut instead of regular. I called about 3 minutes after the order to make sure they had time to adjust. The person who answered the phone was clueless, and the manager didn’t speak a lick of English. Ultimately she didn’t even understand the request (even after the employee on the phone translated it to Spanish) so the person who answered the phone just told me it couldn’t be done, it will be a next time thing in a condescending tone. Mind you this was a simple request that didn’t change the price nor the preparation of the order. I just wanted it to simply be cut a different way. I fail to understand how an establishment that is a commercial chain founded, operated, and based in the lower 48 states of the United States of America has a manager that cannot speak any English. Hire better workers and more competent ones. I won’t be ordering from this location again. If it wasn’t for the pizza being good I would’ve dropped this review to 1 star.

Order was placed through the LC app at 4:02 pm to allow it to be ready by the time I arrived since I was 10 minutes away and the LC app advised a time of 4:17-4:22pm. I arrived at 4:20 pm and my name was not displayed on the screen. I didn’t want to go in since their was other customers and I could see names on the portal from outside. I was tired of waiting (4:40pm) and since I saw people coming in and out with pizza’s, I decided to walk in and ask, that’s when she pulled a pizza from a rack. Why wasn’t it loaded into the pizza portal? Since I didn’t want to be near other customers due to COVID, I decided to leave. What a mistake not checking the pizza before leaving. The pizza was burnt and cold since it was not in the Pizza portal or one the the hot cabinets behind the cashier.

I always order pizza no sauce because my dad is allergic to tomatoes , also extra cheese. They ALWAYS put sauce on it and causes an allergic attack on my dad. I must sue them for all the damage they cause. Sauce is under the extra cheese. This people don’t even read the orders.

This is the worst pizza joint I ever went to. A staff that does not speak a lick of English. Rude, and you can see no pride in what they do. I had the pepperoni cup pies. It brings 4 in a box. 1 was collapsed and had no sauce. Tried another one had sauce but had a funny taste. The other 2 had no sauce. Horrible I will never go to this pizzeria again.

Been going there for 18 years and never had I experienced something like this. I was returning 2 pizza that I had just bought because they were given to me old and stale. As I requested to have the redone the guy working there got really mad at me for returning them. As I saw the attitude he was giving me I requested to speak to a manager. He replied that they didn’t have one. So I agreed to just wait for the new pizzas to be done. The guy walks to the back where there were to other females working doing pizzas. And they started to laugh and talk about my exchange. I just stood quiet and decided I was gonna contact corporate and let them know about this horrible experience. Then I noticed they were all with their Cel phone in hand and while they were touching their hair and pants when they decided to take out the pizza with no glove nor washing their hand. I stated to them along with the other customers that were in the store that that was not safe nor correct. That’s when the guy employee started to call me all type of name a started to get aggressive with me and started to hit the equipments behind the counter when then he came bad and hit the side of my head with two pizza boxes. Management did nothing to assist with the situation they actually said they didn’t have a manager which is a lie. I was able to record him hitting the things inside the store and screaming.

This little Caesar’s sucks! The lady I spoke to doesn’t speak a lick of English and was rude. Btw, they are running an illegal scam as she tried to charge me a second sales tax on top of the 7% MDC sales tax – stay away!

Very very very under staffed….. 45 min wait to order in person, no one answers phone to order by phone…. owner needs to get it together..
