This chipotle SUCKS. I always go to the one on Youngfield St instead because the staff is SO friendly and the food is fire. Give them your love. Anyways this chipotle always has people who don’t speak English making the orders, I don’t have a problem with people who can’t speak English but when they just stare at you confused after you ask for your item 5 times and then repeat taco? Back at you, they need to be working a different position. Customers should not have to try to overcome a language barrier just to order their food. The staff here is always really rude too, if I ask for extra rice they just give me a dirty incredulous look and then sprinkle in a portion of half a scoop. It’s rice stop being so stingy. I hate coming here because I feel like they’re angry at you for trying to order food. Only positive experience is the sweet girl on cashier who has cute makeup and lashes with tattoos, you’re amazing. Also their fountain drinks are always flat or don’t have enough syrup, CONSISTENTLY. Please go to the Youngfield st one, they have amazing staff and management.

Not happy. This is the first time doing a mobile order here. Go to pick up my bag, and the checkout girl ignores me, she’s checking other people out! After she checked out two people, I literally had to go behind their counter and grab the food myself. 12 hours later after eating the food, I got very sick and was vomiting. That’s the only thing I ate that whole day, so I know it was their food. I lost a day of work today because of this, and I’m still trying to recover from the sick feeling.

This Chipotle is truly bad at least half the time. The girl working the tortilla press looked like she really hates her job, and when I said I would need more than 1 item she got visibly agitated about it. I don’t particularly appreciate the employee acting like it was a hassle to make 2 burritos and a kids quesadilla. She then proceeded to make everything incredily sloppy, not even draining the beans before dropping it on the tortilla with a giant puddle. I think its time to give up on this location

I eat here quite often as its very convenient after work or school. One thing I have noticed consistently is very undercooked rice to the point of being crunchy. That is really my only issue. My orders are 95% of the time correct which for any fast food business is pretty decent. The food is always (usually) decent quality and if the rice situation can be resolved consistently this restaurant is easily a 3-4 stars

Im a big fan of Chipotle, so much so that If I had bought the same amount of stock as burritos I would be much more wealthy than I am round. That being said, I came in to this location because it was right next to my daughter’s school and she just wanted beans and chips – not really an item. My husband just moved from a whole nother country and It was his first time at a chipotle mind you he has no idea what the process is nothing. I let the first girl know to put the same items for both since it would be easier to order no problem there however there was a lack of communication between the girls present on the floor because the second girl cuelesss. I let her know that it’s his first time. She was not willing to understand nor was she patient. Overall the environment felt not welcoming to new comers no patient. September 24th went in around 8-8:15pm you guys need to train your staff patience and basic understanding and perhaps some compassion.

The overall attitude of the staff was disappointing, but the girl in the middle stood out for all the wrong reasons. Her demeanor was extremely unfriendly, and she seemed visibly annoyed and irritated from the start. Her behavior came across as dismissive and blatantly disrespectful, which made the entire experience very uncomfortable. While the whole team seemed unpleasant, her attitude was by far the worst. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and needs to be addressed

Let’s start with Attitudes, bunch of teens when I came in, need I say more. Portions were awful. I had to ask for more beans with his teaspoon scoop. The next guy I ask to mix everything. It was liked he never mixed anything up in his life. Had it double wrapped so everything should be a snug secured wrap, Nope. Opened foil to a blooming burrito. Juices poured like I struck oil. Found out my double meat was just a chunk of Fat. The young teen girl when paying had the “Ok ByE!” Snappy attitude after my app wasn’t loading the scan code.
