Very fortunate to have stopped at this place passing through to pick up lunch on my way down the shore. Owner was very friendly and recommended a great spot for us to visit along our drive. The bagel was delicious and turkey used in my sandwich was sliced fresh and a generous portion. I got a side of macaroni salad that was also homemade and delicious. Highly recommend!

In an area with 10 bagel shops within a 5 mile radius, I would not even bother to try anyone else when we are in the area. We have been going here for the past 20+ years or how ever long they have been opened. Very consistent. The bagels pass all of our tests. Freeze and thaw back to fresh, freeze and toast back to fresh, and shelf life for on the 2 hour ride home, they are almost still warm and fresh as if they were still in the bins at the store. You can’t really get a perfect bagel in the Poconos unless you bring them home with you. The coffee is nice too never got anything else just bagels and bialy.

Go through the door, and you walk into bagel heaven! The staff, first class. Helpful, polite, fun and engaging

Pricing. I thought it was fair pricing. Right at the sweet spot of value and service but topped off by great food and service.
I have been here about four times and never had a bad experience. Service, I love the service. Food is probably the best bagels and sandwiches I ever had. I’m fat so I’m pretty much an expert on indulging on food. Go,enjoy and go back! I enjoy this place immensely.

Best bagels and breakfast sandwiches around. The service is always great and staff is always amazing. All the orders that come on there they have never made 1 mistake on anything. Definitely recommend for a good weekend morning breakfast sandwich.

I’ve been coming here for years because Bagel Mania consistently made fresh food, with great service, at a reasonable price. Sadly, they have LOST my patronage after today. I placed an order by phone and was told it would be ready in 10 min. I got there in 20 min, and they completely forgot my order. The worst part was, we were the only customers- how do you forget to make an order when no one else is there? The owner apologized and offered us their new menu, saying that he won’t charge us their new higher prices given the “error”, and gave us a small piece of crumb cake. How kind! The final straw for me was when I opened my kid’s egg sandwich and found ONE measly strip of bacon cut in half. In all the years of been coming here, the sandwiches always had 2-3 full slices of bacon. I asked them to fix the sandwich and was told “this is always how much bacon we use and we’ll have to charge you extra”. Sorry not sorry, but I refuse to pay higher prices for dwindling service and inferior food quality. The tables and floor were horribly filthy too, with food bits and crumbs everywhere. Absolutely a bummer but they lost me as a customer for good. Shame on them!

Even though I have a couple bagel stores near my house, I drive out of my way to go to bagel mania. Not only are their bagels so fresh and tasty, the crack fresh eggs and they have deli meats too.
Their staff is super friendly and make your bagels or sandwiches exactly the way you like them.

Nice people, great bagel, great sandwiches…. If you get the one you ordered. The definition of too many cooks in the kitchen. If they could implement a solid process this place would be 5/5.

I am highly disappointed in this store. Just a year ago, I would’ve rated them 5 stars but the past 2 times I ordered a pork roll egg and cheese sandwich there was literally ONE piece of pork roll on each sandwich. One piece. They used to put so much on there but it’s horrible now. And they had the nerve to raise their prices while giving 90% less meat. I would NOT recommend this spot. You can get an amazing breakfast sandwich right down the street. Don’t go here. The first picture is from their sandwich last year and the second is from today.
