They can’t ever answer your question about their products half the time and their manager is never around for them to provide you with an answer. Also their online website claims they have no 20 oz bottled drinks in stock and when you get there to pickup your order they have a drink cooler full of 20 oz bottles. The sandwiches never seem to be toasted yeah you watch them put it in the toaster but it is soft and squishy as before they put it in the toaster. Then they make a mistake and give you the wrong bread that you did not order and they will not remake your food. Even though they are the ones at fault. How crazy is that! Pretty crazy if you ask me lol

10-23-19 lunch time. This is the first time I’ve been to this location. I was avoiding going to this location because I know how bad the neighborhood is. I’m working down the street. So today let’s stop.. The location was very clean. Everything appeared to be in order. The food was consistent with other subway locations. The people behind the counter was sociable and very nice. Overall it was not a bad experience and I would return to this location. I normally take a picture of the food before I start eating it. Sorry I was super hungry today forgot to take a picture.

The young lady that was working tonight at 8pm was VERY RUDE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
As I walk in the door she didn’t not greet me first thing out of her mouth before I’m even 2 steps in the door was “what kind of bread do you want?” Then without even looking at the coupon I tried to ask her about she tells me I can only order from the list of sandwiches listed under the build your own menu. No where on my coupon did it say this. I do not eat any of the sandwiches listed on that list so I try asking her about a pizza sub. She tells me she don’t know what I’m talking about so again I try to tell her and she raises her voice at me and ask “do you see it on the menu? We don’t make no pizza sub”. I tell her that’s funny every other subway does. At this point I’ve had enough and i tell her don’t even worry about it I’m going somewhere else and let her know she is very rude and I would be calling her boss. She’s saying something not to sure what. Then she says let me take your picture and she takes a picture of me with her phone. Which mad me very uncomfortable did not have my ok to do so..After a very long day of working outside in the heatall I wanted was to grab something to eat and call it a day. I can not stress enough how unprofessional and rude this young lady was. Amazes me how people can be so ugly to other people. For no reason at all! So I hope no one else has had to deal with her poor customer service toniggt and if they did i hope they also say something because something needs to be done.

Used to be one of my favorites! Now, I will not go back. I got charged when ordering the 2 footling for $7.?? each $1 extra for cheese on the sandwiches and I wanted extra black olives on my sandwich, and got told that only 6, SIX PEOPLE, black olives come on a footling and that would be an extra $1. So I said since I’m having to pay extra , go ahead and put some more on. That was ANITHER $1! SO I PAID $3 EXTRA DOLLARS FOR MINE AND $1 EXTRA FOR MY HUSBANDS. Ridiculous!!!

The food block is down but it’s a sad day when u can only get 3 black olives on a 6 inch. When I guestioned it I was told it was policy and the worker got an attitude. Don’t be stingy with the veggies.

It is part of a gas station, so that’s why the atmosphere rating is low. I’ve been here 3 times over the past couple of weeks, and let me tell you, the employees here are awesome (the ones that stay anyway). There was one young lady working by herself because some of her coworkers quit and left her here to work alone. This young lady had an extremely positive attitude and was very nice. She made our sandwiches to perfection, and she was very attentive. Because of her, this is the only subway I will buy from. Thank you, young lady. I appreciate you. Give her a promotion.

Food was ok they barely put any vegetables on your sandwiches and when you ask for extra it’s just attitude and adds the most small amount extra possible. Store was however clean. Server is rude and has an attitude problem. Doesn’t say a server name on the receipt just “served by: 2415”. Every time we come in here they are always so rude.

They have food block so you can’t see it being made, I don’t like that & won’t be back till it is changed… also the sandwich wasn’t tosted & very lil meat… crooks!! Over 30.00 for 6 in & 12in with 5 cookie & 1 drink…. ridiculous …. especially with no meat!! Newks will be getting my business from now on, at least you get your money worth with fast friendly service!
