I usually go through drive through but decided to place a mobile order. As I walk in I’m not only not greeted but I’m sitting and I hear my name oddly a few times. As I go to pick up my first drink while I wait for my last drink. I ask the girl why is she saying my name because I can hear her. Her name tag said Haley. She goes no no I’m not talking about you nervously. Then I just wait she goes sorry it’s not you as she’s nervously panicking and then proceeds to tell me “I’m talking about our district manager here her name is also Kelly and you have a similar drink order but you’re not insane”. That was a major lie and I want to know why is a Starbucks barista allowed to talk bad about me then lie it’s a manager they have. I have emailed cooperate as this made me feel very uncomfortable.

Literally the worst one in Riverbank, they can’t be a proper Starbucks to save their lives. Had multiple times where they would get our order wrong it’s embarrassing for them, and the staff were rude towards my friend because they barely put any foam on her drink and they argued and got into another fight with her when she asked to fix it! Wasn’t the first fight she had with the staff either! Would pick any other Starbucks location but this one if you want your Starbucks drink to be made properly by more professional baristas.

Very nice store with friendly staff. The music was too loud and made it difficult to place our order. Even the person taking my order said it’s normal. Not rock concert loud but just enough to make conversations uncomfortable.
My friend and I decided to go outside to be able to talk comfortably. There were speakers outside, and we moved down to Chipotles outside tables. They weren’t open yet, but out of courtesy, we asked if we could enjoy our coffee at their table. They were very nice and said it wasn’t a problem and were thanked for asking. Starbucks, please turn down the music just a little.

Whoever was working tonight on 8/2 the closing shift YOU ALL MADE MY DRINKS SO YUMMY. Added the perfect amount of carmel drizzle. I gasped when I saw the amount of carmel in my chai tea latte. I hope you sleep with both sides of your pillow cold tonight ❤️ Every other Starbucks I’ve gone to in Modesto barely adds ANY.

had my order taken by a girl named hailey when she got it wrong i correvted her and she rolled her eyes at me. obviously i looked offended by this but didnt say anything. i asked her about points on my app and she ignored me then turned to talk to the other workers. my order was still put in wrong. ill just go to the one on patterson next time

Great job! Again purchased product for a work event, we needed large quantities of product. They were busier than usual, It was a promotional day for them. However they made sure we were taken care of and received what we needed on short notice. They even helped bring it to the car! Awesome customer service team! I observed great interaction with other customers as well!

They care more about speed than quality. Seen them touch their hair then grab a cup to make a drink for a customer too is gross. The baristas are very nice and try their best but the supervisors or shift leads? They are extremely rude. The blonde pony tail she was friendly but I have noticed a few times the one with the crispy fried fake blonde hair is extremely rude. When I asked a question she spoke back to me as if I’m a child. Wasn’t going to leave review but I come here a lot with my family and to be treated like this makes me want to make my own coffee at home.
