Ordered a regular fry with my meal today and they gave me a cup of the soggiest half cooked fries I’ve ever seen. They obviously didn’t cook them long enough, if I wanted to air fry French fries at home I’d do just that. Sandwiches were good though

First time using their online order & pick up option. I liked this better for customizing. I ordered a chicken cheddar deluxe sub in a bowl, with extra meat and cheese for $1.99 which was worth it in my opinion. I also ordered regular cheese curds. In the note section I also requested 2 cups of ranch, I needed one for my cheese curds. (I should’ve asked for 3 since the salad was so big). I do think there should be a separate option in the online ordering for dressing/sauces but I appreciate the notes being seen and accommodated. The salad was great, everything was fresh and it was a large portion. Cheese curds were good, I’ve never had them before, regular was a good portion for one person. Pick up was easy and staff was friendly. Utensils and plenty of napkins packed in the bag as well.

Almost every time I’m working in an area with one nearby I always have to stop in for lunch. Sandwiches are the best. Bread is always fresh and ingredients are flavorful.

This cousins subs had a great crew! Loved the vibe and music. Drinks were flavorful and refreshing subs were filling and they made sure to not put any cheese on my sub which I was hyped about will be coming back soon! Loved the portions btw I was full all day.

I just went to Cousins drive thru here in Oshkosh on Koeller Ave and the service was TERRIBLE .
First I got called ‘Sir’ by the employee. I politely corrected the employee afterwards. Then I asked for my meal and when i asked for what type of fountain drinks they had, the employee let out a huge sigh as if I was asking him something difficult. He then angrily said ‘Coke products’ which is extremely vague. I then asked about bottled drinks and I got no answer.I eventually ended up asking for a bottled water. He then asked if it was for pickup, I answered ‘Im ordering from the Drive thru so yes.’ Side note: Who orders in the drive thru and goes inside to pickup their order? Make it make sense.
I get that sometimes working customer service is not ideal but as someone who used to work customer service for more than 16 years, that is NOT how you treat paying customers. This employee should be thankful to even have employment in this economy.
The food is WAY overpriced as it is so to have a endure crappy customer service was the nail in the coffin.

Bathroom is filthy, light fixture above table has spider webs. Cashier not friendly or helpful. Never been in a cousin’s sub resturant. Not impressed, not from the area and will not return to eat here again.

Tried to order online using a gift card, and somehow it took 4.75 and never completed my order. I was just goona say screw it
But I’m so glad I went in, the manager made it right on the spot. Got 2 of my favorite subs that the nice lady behind the counter did am EXCEPTIONAL Jon. Like absolute amazing . Every bite just kept making me want more (the ruben) I can’t say it’s the best Ruben in town but you can’t go wrong at all with the cousins varieties
All the workers friendly and nice store was very clean. I it was an exceptional experince compared to the usual fast food joints round here
