Ordered extra crispy and I’m not sure what I got but it definitely isn’t like any kfc chicken I’ve ever had. The skin was fried but not extra crispy and it was soggy and super greasy. It didn’t taste like kfc either. The biscuits were hard and looked like muffin tops….. the food Was just nasty, I wish I could’ve turned back the clock and chosen to go else where.

Disgusting, the chicken was so under fried that the breading was white, soft and falling off. Couldn’t even eat anything we ordered except for the biscuits which were dry and old. Tried to give KFC one last shot but they have really run this company into the ground.

Order a 2 piece dark original, the chicken itself was most but the breading was anemic looking. Very light in color and mushy. Breading didnt even stick to the chicken. The place is filthy both in the customer eating area and in the cooking area. Spills and trash just scattered about. Ate in and was there for 30-40 mins didnt see one workers attempt to clean tables of sweep/mop the floor. Looking at under the tables and the filth that is caked at the table mounts looks like this places hasnt had a deep clean in a very long time. The soda fountain area a complete mess. The carpets on the floor also looked like they havent been clean in a very long time. The best thing in the meal was the biscuit. This was the 1st time in many years I gave KFC a shot again but it very much missed the mark.

Food was made hours before… probablt for the dinner rush that never happened because once you eat here you wont so it again. Food was old and cold, biscuits were stale and frail. Lacking the sustenance I was seaking.. wanted to order more but want else where. Need quality people that care… I would start with management. Bathrooms dirty. Hand print in wall.

Why is the Jamaican KFC taseing 10 times better than the ones in the USA? Is it because the USA locations are not washing their chicken properly before they season it? Even when I enter the store on this location the chicken does not smell wonderfull like back in the days! That’s how i know something is wrong but I tell myself I’ll still give it a try Just to see. I got Three pieces of chicken And two piece had a little red inside of it, meaning that it should stay in the fryer longer! I don’t like the smell of the Chicken it just smells like there are frying dirty chicken! And that’s a big turn off. furthermore they got some kids running this location I saw one with a phone in his hand while he is looking about customers food I think they still need more training but the smell in general turns me off big time I never say nothing to no one but I rather leave a review for the owner to correct this situation Not only in one location but all. I stopped at One in Texas where some Black people were working and their chicken tasted perfect but I think washing of the chicken properly with vinegar and lime will improve the taste in general because any Americans go to Jamaica they can tell you about that KFC once they had taste it, they wash it properly. I went back june 1th and it seem like they read my review and improved the taste/ smell/ and quality! So i now give them a 4 and a half stars.

It was good several years ago; but, this KFC has slid down the star ratings. The food is greasy, fatty, and unappealing to pull apart to eat. They season the skin; but, not the chicken meat. I usually have to clean off a table to sit and eat. There is no more quality control for how lacking this business is run. It isn’t just KFC. All fast food places are doing this.

Manager “Melissa” hung up on my fiancé when we called. Got home (25 minute drive) and the famous bowl that was ordered literally only had mashed potatoes and corn… umm missing the chicken and cheese? Then I stirred it around because maybe the chicken and cheese was hiding, nope but a fly was. This was beyond irritating and disgusting as it was 9 p.m. It was even more frustrating when the manager hung up on us for requesting a refund, after we said that the 25 minute drive was not feasible. Thanks for ruining my dinner. I am disturbed and grossed out. If you’re looking for horrible customer service this KFC location is perfect for you, you’ll leave with protein… not chicken.. but bugs. I’ve always been one to comment on great service and ignored bad but this was so awful I had to share

Absolute garbage this is not a kfc they use different chicken or are not using any herbs and spices bland as can be chicken strips were big chunks of chicken not tenders. Skip this store don’t waste your money!
