We stopped by to get a coffee and a puppy cup for my senior dog before heading to the vet. When we said it was going to be her last pup cup the staff showed such compassion and empathy for our situation. It was refreshing to know there are still people, who are complete strangers, in this world who care about other people’s grief. Thank you. It meant more than you know.

Best Starbucks I’ve been to in the Wilmington area. I order a bit of an odd drink and some stores get flustered by it. This store makes it perfectly and quickly every time and the staff is always nice and professional.

I’m honestly so disappointed with this Starbucks. The staff is consistently rude and unhelpful every time I visit. It always feels like I’m bothering them just by ordering. On top of that, my drink is almost never made right. I’ve had to ask for it to be remade multiple times, and even then, it’s still not correct. For the prices they charge, you’d expect at least decent service. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

It’s important to stop and appreciate great service in these days when that can be hard to find often.
On my visit, I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and friendliness of my barista. She was genuinely cheerful and offered a smile. (I am a Starbucks fanboy and I can testify that this, unfortunately, is a rarity. Just getting a “hello” or even eye contact is cause for celebration, usually.)
I ordered a coffee cake and grande (medium) hot tea. My coffee cake came up quickly but as I waited, I noted that my tea never got called. After some time, I walk back up and it turned out the tea was missed.
She was immediately apologetic and felt awful about the issue. I said it was not a problem but she repeated how sorry she was and offered me the larger venti right away and apologized once more. She clearly wanted to be sure I was satisfied.
It turned to be a wonderful experience and I left impressed by the care and responsiveness of the the staff here.

The unbelievable rude person I spoke to at this Starbucks will never have my business again. I believe she was the manager and she certainly has an attitude issue. Starbucks is, already a company losing money, and when you have nasty employees it won’t help your company problems. The DM needs to step up and hire more personable, kind people, especially those who interact with the public–darn shame

Closed the store middle of the day ? 3:30 pm 12/17/2025 people out on the patio and all doors locked, drive thru off and workers inside. No signage on the door or any information on the website. For a location as busy as this one this is a little odd considering people just walked out with coffee prior to me trying to walk in.
