I injured my foot and couldn’t walk and was craving some good Italian food. My husband decided to surprise me and ordered “to go” food from Cafe Italiano, which he spend $75 for plus $15 tip. We had Gnochhi with bolognese sauce, spaghetti with meatballs and caprese salad. Gnochhi and spaghetti were nothing special, very oily, lacking flavor and honestly tasted like jar sauce rather then home made. The burrata salad was complete disappointment! There were five slices of cheap tomatoes, with piece of burrata in the middle and four slices of mozarella cheese. Not to mention that the dressing was just pure oil in the container with a dash of balsamic vinegar (literally pure oil). Forgot to mention the foccacia bread, which was really crumbly and honestly tasted old! I spend many summers in Italy and this place definitely does not offer anything close to taste of real Italian food. That definitely was $90 put in the garbage. I hope in the future instead of nice packaging, expensive “to go” bags, postcard which was left in the bag, the owners can concentrate more on the quality of food which will match with the outrages prices they charge for the mediocre food!!!

All of our entrees were excellent! Ravioli al Formaggio, lasagne, wild boar, and lamb shank. Calamari was average and small compared to other places that we have had it. The service was excellent! Great place for impressing a date!

We went there the day before Valentines and it was busy. Tables were too close together, not ADA and we could not even make good eye contact with server. Food was lukewarm, it is good quality when served at the right temperature. We did not get good service and were sad at this experience.

Cafe Italiano Ristorante was the BEST Italian restaurant I have experienced in the area. The service was wonderful and the food was excellent. The salmon piccata was to die for and the limoncello was a perfect treat to end the meal.

Wanna try out this place for a while and finally we are here. Lasagna delicious!!!! One of the best lasagna we had and fair price. However, not a big fan of the lamb, the sauce doesn’t goes well with the meat. They recommended bread pudding, tasted like French toast but with ice cream. Excellent customer service and nice environment. Definitely recommend this location for lasagna

I went on a double date with my husband and close friends. Our waitress was amazing. I wish I could remember her name. Combined, we ordered a ceasar salad, calamari, chicken marsala, lamb with lemon capers, and gorgonzola salad with apples and walnuts. I ordered the tomato bisque as it was recommended by our waitress, and It was AMAZING! I took a gamble (I love creamy cheesy lasagna) and ordered the lasagna. The lasagna had good flavor but not enough cheese for my taste. My husband ordered the cheese tortellini, and it was also really good. If you want to try an authentic Italien restaurant, then you should definitely try Caffe Italiano. This restaurant is unique, quaint, and family owned.
