I originally went in for a meatball sub but when I saw the meatballs I quickly changed my mind, they looked like they had been sitting out all day the sauce looked dry and dark. I switched to a chicken teriyaki sub thinking it would be better but I was mistaken. The toppings were frozen over and mixed all up. When I got home and took my first bite you could tell the chicken was tough, dry and some pieces were even burnt. I called the store numerous times with no answer.

Meatballs seem to never exist in this location. I’ve tried ordering several times however they always seem to be out. I was contacted via email by the owner regarding this but its clear that nothing has been done. Still waiting on a refund for canceled deliveries about a month ago. Subway itself isn’t the problem, the leadership seems to be. Save yourself the trouble and just find a different location.

I purchased the meal of the day…the soda machine was being worked on by Pepsi techs…I didn’t get a soda with my meal. They offered me a bottle soda if I paid for it or the difference. Which is unacceptable…Why are they are offering the meal of the day if they couldn’t include a drink…the female mgr was snooty n offered no solution except I pay for the drink. I left withouts drink that i paid for….I’ve been coming to this subway store a few times a month for lunch…guess, never again! Your never getting a dime from me again!

Out of flatbread, Italian bread, American cheese, most veggies, and rude about it like it was our fault. Finding this out AFTER our online order was placed. To the general manager of this store…probably a good idea to get here and fix your mess before the doors close. We won’t be back…there are a lot more subways we can order from.

A pretty decent subway location right off of Yadkinville Road in Mocksville. They can be a bit spotty in terms of customer service and quality, however, you can still find a really good piece of bread, quality meats, veggies, salads, sandwich, chips, and soft doughy cookies here. This location has excellent lunch deals, a drive-thru, ♿ handicap accessible ️ parking, restrooms, and seating.

Went in on a Sunday at 3:30. Nobody in the place. I understand there is prep to be done and such but you should have the front of the store looking decent right? Not dead flies in drink drip trays. Makes me worry about where they are I can’t see. Really don’t know if I can eat my food now.

There are two employees here that are my absolute favorite. They really know how to put the ART in Sandwich Artist. A young gentleman and lady are the two I’m not sure of their names. If there is a young blonde woman or a young man with glasses you know your sub will exceed subway expectations by miles.
