This was my first visit to the new Newnan restaurant, and Super Chix. The store is clean and bright with modern design. Service is friendly. I had the breaded chicken with avocado and bacon and an order of fries. The sandwich was a good size with a large chicken filet and other fresh ingredients. I really liked the fries. They are thin and crispy with just the right amount of salt. I dined in and my food came out quickly. Staff checked on me a couple of times. Overall a good experience!

making them perfect to enjoy with a variety of sauces.
I loved being able to choose and mix different sauces to my liking.

Never heard of this place and what a combination of chicken and custard? Go figure! SUPER CHIX.
Food was fantastic and homemade custard was amazing. The customer service we received was fantastic. They greeted each person that came in. The whole team was smiling and just happy to help. I met the Manager Billy Gaines and his crew; the entire staff was just amazing. The chicken tenders were so good, not greasy at all and tender like you wouldn’t believe. Billy gave me a sample of the featured flavor, Blueberry Pie Custard and oh boy, it was so good I ended up taking home 5 pints of assorted custard flavors home. It’s far from Douglasville but it was really good and well worth the drive. Not your average fast-food place.
P.S. “Billy” the 5 pints of custard made it home in GREAT condition…going to get my spoon now to dig in!

The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. My order came out quickly, and the presentation of the food was impressive—everything looked fresh and appetizing. Billy went above and beyond by checking in to ensure everything was prepared to my liking and that I had everything I needed. The quality of the chicken was outstanding—crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside—and the sides were just as delicious. Overall, it was one of the best casual dining experiences I’ve had in a while, and I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and attention to detail.
While I appreciated the quality of the food and the great customer service, I couldn’t help but notice that the prices felt a bit high for what was offered. On top of that, the fact that they don’t offer any combo meals was a bit disappointing, especially for guests looking for better value. I had to order everything separately, which quickly added up. Even so, the flavors were on point, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the overall dining atmosphere was enjoyable. If they could adjust their pricing or introduce combo options, I think it would make the experience even better and more appealing for return visits.

Loved this place!! I’ll definitely be back! My food was amazing! Only thing that bothered me was the young lady that took my order. I understand being tired, but to yawn in my face multiple times and having to repeat herself because of it was crazy! It was just one order. Lol

I ate here for the first time on Sunday. I really like the location. How is it situated on the corner. Just the location and primary company colors are inviting. I also enjoyed the interior design and bright yellow and white that draws you in. The menu is situated directly above the counter where you order. They have a good variety of dishes but not too many as to make it difficult to decide what to eat. I really enjoyed the variety of fries they offered, and trust me, you get plenty of them. I ordered the Chicken Cordon bleu, which was both ample size and delicious. They offer a variety of seating inside and outside. Booths, high tables, and regular tables to eat at. The customer service was quick and my cashier was very pleasant. I really enjoyed my experience at this location and will definitely dine there again.

SuperChix opened 2 weeks ago and I’ve been there 3 times. The Bacavo Ranch fried sandwich is my absolute favorite. The ordering line is always long but it moves fairly quickly. The food comes out at a fair time and the food is always fresh. Customer service is great, they stop by a couple of times to see if I needed anything.

The Korean barbecue chicken sandwich was messy but so so delicious, lots of coleslaw and the most delicious pickles! My sister had the cordon Bleu sandwich and it was loaded up with ham! Cajun fries with ranch were amazing, regular fries with the signature sauce are fantastic, and the loaded fries were so so so good. A little salty, but the cheese was delicious and the green onions were perfect! The vanilla custard in particular tastes homemade and is so so delicious. The grilled cheese has cheddar instead of American, which is a nice touch. The staff is super nice, service is fast, and we love their outdoor seating that has fans and lights, it’s so lovely!!

Just checked out the soft opening of the new chicken and custard spot—and wow, what a unique combo! The fried chicken was hot, crispy, juicy, and seasoned just right. As for the custard? Silky, rich, and a perfect sweet contrast to the savory. The staff was friendly, and you could feel the excitement in the air. Can’t wait to come back when they’re in full swing!

Super Chix is a very welcome addition to the area! The food is fantastic, even upon launch… very impressed. It’s a really good balance between a nice place to sit down and a quick spot to curb the chicken and fries cravings! All the sauces were great. I highly recommend trying Super Chix if you like chicken. The footprint of the restaurant is very open and clean. My only note for them is that they should probably have bigger bathrooms, but hey, at the end of the day you come here to eat, and the food is great!
