They messed up our order. We called them to tell them. We drove back over for them to fix it. Gave them the pizza that was incorrect back to them. They “fixed” things by giving us another pizza that was not correct. Also, they didn’t give any discount or apology. When we called again and said it’s still wrong, they offered for us to drive back there a third time ♀️. POOR customer service. Not the smartest staff. It’s a cheap pizza joint so expectations aren’t high, but there are others in town that do a better job. My advice, just avoid this one.

Typical Little Caesars! Just a heads up, at fist I thought the door was locked, but you just have to pull on it hard on the door to open it! They had some fun Halloween decorations up! But the pizza was good! Employees were friendly both to me and each other! And the food was typical wait times (like 12-15 min). Unfortunately, this particular instance my crust got burnt

I placed an online order for Pickup in Reno before leaving carson city. knowing it would probably be busy on Halloween night.
When I arrived they hadn’t started my order yet, and I had to wait another 25 minutes. It was kinda irritating trying to save time, yet still forced to wait, but they looked understaffed for a guaranteed busy night.. Food was good and obviously fresh .

Standing here for 10 minutes like 8 people working no one has talked to me yet. Tried the phone since no one answered when I tried to call and make my order rang for 2 mins no pick up.. trying it now I hear of ringing no pick up… done with this place

Frankly, you don’t expect too much from a 7$ pizza, but this has to be the worst I’ve ever seen from this Little Ceasars. Got it last night. It was supposed to an “extra most bestest” with pepperoni. It wasn’t. They always cut it weird so the slices aren’t the same size, and this one in particular had all the cheese in the middle. Likely the worst pizza I’ve ever paid for. Little Ceasars, you need to do better. Atrocious.

Awful place to get a quick pizza. Make sure to always open and check your hot and ready pizza. They will let the pizza sit there for hours and not let you know about it.

Highly inconsistent. The first time I came here the food was pretty good. The 2 subsequent visits the pizza and crazy bread were both severely under baked. Pizza was still adequate but the crazy bread was inedible.

Don’t order pretzel pizza. It is nothing like what the app shows. I called and she said that is how they followed the recipe with a glazed baking soda water. I was looking forward in to a pretzel pizza but just got what looked like their pepperoni pizza with salt throw on the crust.

This is my third time ordering 2+ hours ahead on the app and the pizza has not been ready on time each time I’ve ordered. Its late by at least 20 minutes when they decide to make it once we show up at the alloted time. What’s the point of ordering online and having the portal if it’s not used. The staff are nice enough, but the service in making sure pizza is ready on time is horrific. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
