This was the first time I used the panda app to order food. My order was placed at 6:50 p.m., with a pickup time of 7: 11 p.m. I arrived at 7:05 p.m., and was told that they were working on my order. At 7:15 p.m. I inquired about my order, and at this time had to tell my name to the same employee three times, Each time I spoke with her or asked about my order, she reacted as though it was the first time seeing or hearing me. She mumbled something about having to make beef and broccoli… Whatever. After waiting for a total of 34 minutes, I came home to discover that my husband’s meal was incomplete. I paid an up charge of $1.50 for walnut shrimp for his meal, and of course, it wasn’t included in his container.

One star, I ordered food , they took my order and asked to please wait a few minutes for one item but they proceeded to give all the newly made food to people coming in after me as I sat and waited for 20 minutes in their store. Last time ill be coming to panda in voorhees. Trash service

I have been eating at Panda Express for 15 plus years. Never had an issue until last week. I had a reward for the lunar new year so I ended up ordering online for pickup. The portions were ridiculous. 50% of what other locations provide. Take a look yourself if you think I am exaggerating. Absolutely ridiculous. This was the second time I had the same issue at this location. Needless to say I am not going back! Avoid if you can too!

We had a tremendous experience at this location. The team was amazing, especially Maria, my server.
We had the kids meal, noodles, orange chicken and apple juice, then two meat and 1 side entrees. We had fried rice, orange chicken, teriyaki chicken and honey sesame chicken. I do recommend when fresh and just cooked.
The spring rolls are extra yummy and what’s Asian Cuisine without fortune cookies. The food is clean tasting and great on the stomach
This location is clean, modern and transparent. The bathrooms are immaculate and spacious. Overall experience is an A+ Plus.

First time at Panda Express. Good food but customer service lady was rude. I ordered a bowl but upon seeing the portion size I then asked for a plate which is bigger. This Asian lady with an accent looked so annoyed when I politely asked to switch my size. “Next time say what you want. Don’t say bowl.”
I understand everyone has bad days. Hopefully she is not like to this all the time.
There was a super nice guy named Luis who took my payment and kindly explained any questions I had. Thanks to him I give this place a 3 star.

My husband loves this place but being a vegetarian I never ate here- until now! I’m so happy they have the beyond chicken and it’s awesome!!!
Just wanted to update my review. I hadn’t been here in a while because they stopped carrying beyond chicken. I rarely eat out since most fast food places lack vegetarian options.. they have beyond chicken again! Just this location though. They make it fresh and it’s always amazing. Staff are always great too! The portion sizes are great for the price, for the reviews with photos saying they are small… Y’all need a diet because I easily get 2 meals out of a plate

I love the food options and order portions and the kids meal is nice. The restaurant is always clean and food is consistently delicious. The only reason I gave four stars is because the one asian lady who works there is rude and always looks miserable.

Just picked up a family meal with 2 large sides and 3 large entrees. Attaching pictures here for everyone to figure out if the entrees are really large inside the boxes. Can’t call it inflation because the prices have been raised accordingly. Also two boxes of kung pao chicken from two different batches look completely different.

Wait was 20 minutes despite no one else in line, and the food tasted straight up old. At noon. I could not eat it, waste of money. Beef was overcooked to a crisp, chicken tasted rotten, and the lo mein was *maybe* made sometime this week, but definitely not today. Will not be revisiting to avoid the possibility of food bourne illness. I loved Panda Express, but never again.
