I really don’t like doing reviews unless they’re good ones. My Mama brought me up with the mindset if you don’t have nothing nice to say, then don’t say nothing at all. While the young lady at the drive thru was courteous, I am extremely disappointed that my daughter just paid $41 and there isn’t the first piece of fish in any of our meals. Were they to explain they were out of fish, that would have been fine, but literally the whole reason you go to LJS is for the fish. We are missing 3 pieces of fish, and there wasn’t even anything subbed out for it, which honestly I would not have cared for, but wouldn’t be flat out irritated about and wouldn’t have written this review. Please do better Long John’s. The last time we dined in, I rang that bell because it invokes nostalgia & childhood memories of “fancy” dinners that my parents really couldn’t afford. I am sad that things have changed so drastically. Thankfully at least the extra 2 piece chicken we ordered had a small amount of crunchies or I would be full out distraught. Moral of the story here is CHECK YOUR MEALS before you pull out of the parking lot if your using the Drive Thru. The food we did receive was very tasty, but I’m so sad to not have gotten our fish. 🙁

Grabbed my order to go, but the experience I had the short time I was here was very pleasant. Kind, energetic, and dedicated service. Q and Justin especially went above and beyond making sure I had everything I needed.

Definitely a better experience than I had here a few months ago. Not sure if it’s new management or what, but I’ll for sure be returning back here soon. Oh, and the food was delicious, hot, and crispy

Well, I see others have had problems with this store too. I politely called while I waited for my door dash order to be picked up, and asked to please have condiments added to my order. He said uh huh, and hung up. I just got my order the food is almost cold, and low and behold the rude person who answered the phone still didn’t do as I asked. I tried to call back, well they had stopped answering the phone. First time at long John silvers, and last. I will be contacting corporate to tell them about my experience.

**They finally answered the phone, the rude person that said uh huh, was one of the managers. Another manager named Quinton called back. I explained to him I normally cook all my own food, but since I am sick with no transportation, and disabled, I ordered food out. I won’t go back, it’s been over a years since I tried fast food. I still have to drag around heating my food, and eat it with nothing that I asked for due to uncaring incompetence. I definitely will tell anyone don’t bother, apparently they must be making a lot of money, if they can afford to be rude, hand out cold food, and have no customer service skills.**

With only 3 LJS located in the Richmond area, this particular LJS is absolutely the best. Day staff is precise and pleasant to always see. Night crew is just as absolutely amazing. The cleansiness of the restaurant to the great costumer service and great food makes this an absolute stop and eat. Special shout out to Q and J

I placed an order online to be picked up at 3:25 pm when I arrived not only was my order not ready and I had to wait 20 minutes which made me late for work. There was no courtesy finally after waiting when the order was almost ready it was oh it’s the machine no one even greeted me when I walked in horrible service. People order online so they don’t have to wait and literally it was like no care in the world to the associates

My daughter and I had lunch there today. We were both very satisfied with our food, it was really fresh! And the service was fantastic, as well. The staff were all very kind, and friendly. We will definitely be going back!
