Feel real weirded out today after walking in to order with my daughter. The entire store laid eyes on me and after i didn’t entertain them they proceeded to talk about me assuming i was homosexual and sending the homosexual male to the front as i ordered to see if I would give him attention. After making it home i opened my order to see they mixed the two flavors together. Louisiana run and Hawaiian ♂️

I had a great experience at this Wingstop location. The service was fast and everything ran very smoothly. Mason was an amazing worker with such a great attitude super friendly, helpful, and made the whole visit even better. It’s always nice to see employees who clearly care about providing good service. Extremely disappointed with my experience at the DeSoto Wingstop.
I placed an online order at 11:10 PM, and when I arrived, they gave me boneless wings instead of bone-in. I went inside to get it corrected, and they told me I’d need to wait 30 minutes for fresh chicken. I agreed, even though it was already late and I had my 5-year-old child with me, who was hungry.
When I finally received the wings, they weren’t even made properly — the sauce was just poured on top instead of tossed. It looked careless and rushed, and I have the photos to prove it.
Even worse, the manager Jasmine and another staff member were laughing behind the counter while I waited — not once did they offer a real apology or show any concern about the mistake or the long wait. The attitude was dismissive, and the customer service was completely lacking.
I work hard and expect basic respect when spending my money. This experience made me feel like I didn’t matter as a customer — or as a parent just trying to feed their child.
Do better, Wingstop.

My experience at this establishment was satisfactory for a few months, but the environment has deteriorated significantly. Upon entering, no staff member from the back kitchen greeted us. While the store is well-maintained and clean, the staff’s communication skills are lacking. They do not welcome or greet customers. Despite calling six times to place an order, all calls were directed to voicemail, which is unacceptable. Food is always amazing when night crew works but the morning crew needs some new management .

These are not the normal fresh cut fries that every wing stop sells these are store bought fries and they do not taste good. When I asked the staff about the change, everyone just looked like they didn’t understand what I was talking about knowing they weren’t using the same fries as other locations. One girl finally says oh the others stores use the fresh fries not us. The music was loud with cursing and kids were present. Only in Minority neighborhoods do you see this kind of behavior. I’m never coming to this location again.

I ordered a 15 piece all flats lemon pepper for 2. It was the worst . The chicken was cold and hard as a brick. It was as if because it was an order the food that they packed for delivery was scrapes. I have buyers remorse. I will not use Uber Eats to place an order for Wing Stop again!!!!
