The pizza from this location is great every time I’ve visited. Employees are very attentive and friendly. Dining area is always clean and stocked. I will be back in the future for more great pizza and service.

The food is not clean, and the workers clearly aren’t either. This is the second time we’ve found hair baked into the pizza slices. Last time, we submitted feedback and asked for a call back but nobody ever called us.
Now it happened again, and this time I’m posting pictures publicly so management can’t just ignore it.
We paid $89 for this order, that’s not small money to be getting food that’s this dirty and unsafe. Marco’s Pizza needs to take responsibility, fix their hygiene standards, and stop serving contaminated food.

The food was very good I would get it again. The staff (which I think may have been the owners) was top notch. They interacted with my kids and myself very well. They gave us a bunch of plates and cups to take back to the hotel. Only reason for a 4 star is the sizes were just a bit small for my liking. Otherwise I loved here

Ordered a cauliflower crust pizza through their app for someone with a gluten allergy, but they sent a regular crust instead. Thankfully I caught the mistake before it was eaten — this could have been a serious health issue.
When I called to request a replacement with the correct cauliflower crust, the employee I spoke with told me it was my problem and that there was nothing they would do. No apology, no concern, no solution.
Between the unreliable app, lack of quality control, and extremely poor customer service, this was a very disappointing experience. If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, I would strongly recommend being cautious ordering from here.

Walked in at 930pm and was told the dining area was closed. We noticed upon arrival that the staff was sitting down inside which I get it was slow and we could see the disappointed on all of the staffs faces as we continued to walk inside. The website doesn’t clarify that the dining area has separate hours of operation than online pick up and delivery it simply says 11pm on Fridays.

Pretty disappointed actually. We just had a hair in our pizza and we immediately took it back up there. I was kind about it and as I opened the box to show the manager, he just asks “do you want us to remake it for you” …. Like what? OF COURSE I DO! I said yes please but wanted to say another choice of words. No sorry either. I drove all the way back up there even! Very inconvenient when you have 2 children under 3! Then our second pizza was not nearly as many toppings 🙁 and barely any sauce. It’s still good I suppose but I’m disappointed in how the customer service was handled 🙁 order number 131. 6/16/25.
